"Hot tub was really cold the second day it was a little better. Our room was in very poor shape paint and pieces of wall falling off. Shower curtain rod falling off the wall. TP roll area broken. Holes in the walls. Hallways were dirty and sections of trim were off and sitting on the floor. Food had been left in our fridge from another guest. Our room was not vacuumed before us either. Super disappointing experience. Would not recommend. The bathroom was so unsafe."

"The night lobby clerk was rude and very short. We were coming in after our flight was canceled, we had a voucher from the airline and he refused to even look at it because I already booked and added my card to the booking. The hallways were in very poor shape and the door felt like it wasn’t truly locked. "

"For some reason I was expecting free breakfast. A $100 deposit looks excesive. "

"As far as the airport shuttle, Expedia needs to update their information as the shuttle does not run 24/7. If you actually go on site for the hotel, it gives the hours the shuttle runs. We had to get/pay for an Uber (which the hotel helped us get). The shuttle picked us us after returning from vacation and it was very smooth!"

"Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and the bed was comfortable. I wouldn't give much of it five stars because, like many hotels, it's a bit dated, and some parts a bit worn. But, it should be acknowledged before you give 1 star reviews, that I paid $80 bucks a night in a suburb outside of Chicago. For the money, it was a great value. If you are looking for a perfect experience, you should be prepared to pay a lot more. Just my two cents."
