"Had a fantastic few days in the city. The hotel is modern and has a fantastic Euro-style cafe in reception, serving great coffee and fresh breakfasts and lunches. Friendly and very helpful staff made it a very pleasant stay and our room was clean and made available to us as early as they could. It was a corner room with views over the city, amazing at night. "Outstanding stay from start to finish! • Clean room: The room was immaculate, spacious, and spotless. Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping everything fresh, well-stocked, and exceptionally tidy throughout the stay. • Staff: Every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the concierge was always ready with helpful recommendations. • Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide selection of high-quality Western and Asian options, fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order dishes. • Shops nearby: The location couldn't be better. There is an extensive array of luxury boutiques and retail shops right inside the property, with easy access to neighboring malls and attractions."

"We had a bit of a rocky start to our stay. The first suite we were given smelled of stale smoke and the carpet was littered with stains. They handled it well by giving us the Epic Suite for one night until another suite in our category was available the next day. Otherwise all went well. We had a beautiful view from our harbourview suite. The included breakfast buffet has everything you could possibly want. The staff are very helpful. Particularly Raymond the chief concierge. We had a dinner our last night at the in house Chinese restaurant Tao Li. It was excellent! Special thanks to manager Leo for guiding us in our choices and making the entire evening special."
