"Our experience began as soon as we get out of the car, the staff took care of handling luggage all the way to the room. Check in was such a welcoming treat with kind staff and drink and garland. Lobby was gorgeous up to the Taj standard. We had a noisy neighbor we were upgraded to a luxurious room on the 23rd floor at a nominal price. View from the room was spectacular.
