Excellent hotel a few minutes drive to the airport. Good security. Staff were very good but some, especially some porters and restaurant staff were constantly hovering waiting for a tip, which was annoying. Buffet was fine. Pool was well maintained.

Too good, it was my husbands birthday and they went an extra mile to make it special

Did not have enough money due to currency issues and was very annoyed when I was charged huge amount for glass of water @zen.

My stay at holiday inn was very welcoming. For a luxurious hotel the prices are very cheap through this platform. Maheshkar one of the concierge associates is one of the best employees I have ever come across. I picked up the wrong bag from the airport and he instantly sorted it all out for me even after his shift for work has finished. On top of that he wouldn’t except any tips from me. Clean rooms and great staff

This is my review from Trip Advisor... Slice of heaven! I'm glad I succumbed to booking at the Sofitel Mumbai BKC as a treat for my family and me. Great hotel. Rooms are very modern and the property seems perfect for a short stay. Not as grand as other taj properties, however this one is also cheaper than them. Breakfast buffet was inclusive, and was very nice (again not on the level of taj lands end for ex) . Pleasant stay, will come back.

Best part of our trip was staying at the Taj the Trees. We have been travelling around India for 5 weeks and this was the cherry on the cake for us. Loved every bit of it

Overall it was an excellent experience

This a beautiful hotel just a short drive from Mumbai international. Hotel is good for short stay when transiting in Mumbai but Is a quality hotel with lots of features that would make it suitable for a longer stay. Pashwari eetaurant was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend
