Featured in The Key West Citizen Home of the Week. Perfect location, and newly renovated with fresh paint, new kitchen with stainless appliances and granite tops. New hardwood downstairs and tile floors upstairs, all new furnishings and accessories, and private courtyard with sundeck overlooking a private park. The 2 Bedrooms are upstairs and each have their own private bath. Queen bed in owner's suite and two twins in second bedroom. Both bedrooms have a private balcony. Living room sofa makes into a queen. 1/2 bath downstairs in the living area. Free WIFI and three tvs and stereo. The outdoor courtyard is perfect for relaxing, you will not want to go inside. Lush landscaping. Just steps to the heated pool. All located in the beautiful private community of Truman Annex. You are located 2 blocks to Duval Street and the beach is at the end of the street. You can walk or ride a bike to everything in Old Town Key West, including Mallory Square where "FREE" nightly entertainment is provided prior to the famous sunsets.

Fantasy Fest parade rolls in front of the property so you have front row seats. Ft. Zachary Taylor is at the end of the street and has an awesome beach, perfect for snorkeling and fishing.

All types of watersports are nearby; snorkeling, fishing, diving, paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing, and sunset dinner cruises.

Night life starts just one block away with The Green Parrot, the first and last bar on US 1. Duval is another block away and this is where you will find fantastic dining, bars with live music, shopping, and plenty of sights to see. Family respite gathering

Our family gathered from throughout US to relax in sunshine and along shore and to enjoy each other. Great location in Key West and the townhouse was magnificant...very clean, numerous sitting areas-both in and outside...extremely comfortable.

Loved Key west

Great rental! Owners were great in communication before trip to help prepare to make most of time. Unit is close to EVERYTHING…State Park beach, Duvall Street, restaurants, bars, shopping. 2 available bikes were a fantastic bonus! We will be back to Key West and this unit!

Wonderful stay @ Truman Annex 212

House is well stocked, clean & easy access to all the sights of Key West. The pool was a very welcomed treat after a great day of sight seeing. The condo is centrally located to many bars and restaurants, Fort Zachary, Duval Street and many museums.

A wonderful fall getaway!

We had a great time during our trip to Key West. The home was exactly as listed, in a great location convenient to everywhere, and had everything we could need. We really appreciated the extras like a beach bag and cooler, the bicycles, beach chairs, and more. We cannot wait for our next visit down and hope to stay here again!

Wonderful vacation

Our family came down to enjoy Lobster Fest. Everything was perfect- the condo was well equipped and stocked with everything we needed. Jim and Colleen were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make sure everything was right! We look forward to returning next summer!!

Awesome Location / Awesome Property

This property was everything we expected and then more. it was comfortable, plenty of room for visiting and the patio out back was an added surprise. The location to Duval Street was awesome and easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Will definitely be staying at this property again when our travels bring us back to Key West. Annual trip to Key West

This property is in beautiful Truman Annex and location is everything. It is beautifully decorated with a well stocked kitchen. The owner was very responsive to a small problem we encountered with the pool being too hot. We will return to this property again.

Spectacular property with all the amenities of home, away from home. Great location, centrally located and easy walk to all the fun, but private enough for peace and quiet. Owners very thoughtful with extra details of access to small cooler, extra beach towels and pool noodles. A++

The BEST vacation!

We could not be more happy with our stay at Majestic Paradise. The house was spotless, and everything was provided for us. We absolutely loved sitting on the back patio each day - the bikes were brand new and allowed us to get around easily. Entry to and from the property were EZ, and we were so thankful for all of the suggestions provided. We literally had the BEST Vacation! Thank you Jim for your attention to detail!

Highly Recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed at Jim and Colleen's property, but the first time at this condo. Once again, they do not disappoint! Check in was seamless and everything we needed was in the condo for our use. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. It felt like a home away from home! Location is great, back deck is beautiful, and there even was a nice hanging chair on the front patio! We would definitely stay here again and the owners are always available for any of your needs!

Great Vacation

The property is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Everything you would ever want to do and see is within walking distance. Our kids are ages 14, and 15 and they had a terrific time whether it was walking to varios attractions or going out on the many excusions we did. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.

Close to Everything!

Couple celebrating 40th wedding anniversary. Townhouse was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The added bonuses, in my mind, are the washer/dryer, the bicycles, the beach towels & coolers, and that it is conveniently located for walking to all of the sights. Lastly, our host was available for texts or calls and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. We will definitely stay at this location again!

Perfect low-key KW vacation stay

2 adults, infant, and 2 grandparents shared the townhouse. Ideal location for little ones as nearby the splashpad and community outdoor pool (heated). Incredible hosts who communicated well above and beyond to help us sort out the logistics. A++ people and house. We'll definitely stay again when we come back to Key West.

Wonderful Key West property

Very comfortable home, well appointed with everything needed - kitchen, beach towels and bags, coolers, 2 bikes. Location was perfect for us, close to bars and restaurants but far enough away to be out of the fray, inside Truman Annex with easy access to the public beach. Owner extremely attentive and accessible. Wholeheartedly recommend!
