"Charming little place. Good location close enough to Duvall without the noise. It’s well kept. The staff is very helpful. Smaller issues the bikes while helpful to have on site and cheap to rent all need upgrading. Almost all tires were bald. Also there was no key to unlock exterior door so you had to go through inside each time. "

"Location couldn’t be better but the place is in need of renovation. Also the sliding barn door for the bathroom is heavy, hard to maneuver and doesn’t provide total privacy. "

"A cross the street from Smathers beach, Margaritaville offers free shuttle to and from the airport. Additionally hourly drop off and pickup from the Waterfront brewery, located close to the top of Duval st is provided free to guests. "
