"This was a perfect house for our family spring break vacation. The pool was perfect, and had a nice balance of sun and shade. Having the back patio as an option to sit by the dock was great. There are so many places around this property to sit and relax. The couch was very comfy inside. We loved having the walking paths around Key Colony. The sunset beach is easy walking distance. We never made it to the Key Colony Cabana, but with the pool we didn’t find it necessary. The Tuesday farmers market was fun to go to, about 1 mile from the house. I also want to thank the host, there were so many convenience items around the house you don’t always find. It was overall a fantastic week away. "

"We stayed at this property for one month. When we arrived, the place appeared generally clean, although a few details have been missed-for example there was spaghetti left on the countertop and the kitchen sponge hadn’t been changed. The unit was also very cold when we arrived, and we spent the first night uncomfortable. The owner was very responsive and by the second night brought two heaters, which made a big difference and improved our comfort. Some of the amenities could use a little updating. The kayaks were quite worn in the bikes were not rideable due to rust. The doors to the lanai also needed some repair and did not close properly. Overall, the host communicated quickly, but the property could benefit from more thorough cleaning and some maintenance, particularly for a longer stays. "

"After 16 years coming to this area we were overwhelmed with this beautiful location. Very spacious and well stocked kitchen. Wonderful sunrise views and lovely pool and outdoor seating. Our host was very attentive and replied within 10 minutes. Also very dog friendly and peaceful neighborhood."

"We really enjoyed our first trip to the Florida Keys and our stay in this home. Alex was a very responsive host, both before and during our visit, and the amenities in the home were just as described. We loved the back patio right on the lagoon and the sliding glass doors from the house that opened out to it. The wifi was excellent and we enjoyed fast, uninterrupted streaming of the Winter Olympics in the evenings. The Key Colony Beach community was a wonderfully quiet neighborhood with good pedestrian lanes for walking. We enjoyed the KCB Tuesday Farmer's Market and the sunset community gathering at Sunset Park. The location put us right in the middle of the Keys with Key Largo to the NE and Key West to the SW each about a 1.5 hour drive away. We miss the beautiful blue skies and warm sunny weather!"
