They gave us an extra parking pass for the day for my friends son who was visiting with us for the day which I thought was awesome. It’s walkable to everything downtown. The beds are super comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. I would def stay again. "

The bed was also comfortable. We really enjoyed being close to so many things and only 40 minutes from the beach. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I LOVED my stay here. I was in town for a concert, but also wanted to walk around downtown and visit the beach. This was a perfect location. The check-in process was easy and the directions were clear. Additionally, it was easy to get in touch with staff to ask questions. The home was beautiful. I loved my room, it was just what I needed with thoughtful touches and lots of natural sunlight streaming through the windows. The grounds were nice and there was a porch with seating and a hammock. The breakfast was really good - I especially liked the mochi waffle and the scrambled egg with bell pepper. I absolutely want to stay here again when I’m in Wilmington. "

"The staff was kind and tried to please everyone. The facility was clean and comfortable! Sliding closet door /bathroom door was not the best idea if someone is trying to get into the closet and someone trying to get out of the bathroom!"

We like the setup in the water and close to old Wilmington so we can easily walk and explore all it has to offer! So glad to have discovered this hotel. Didn’t really like the barking dog in the room next door, but otherwise another great stay."

"For a recent business trip, local hotel rooms were super-expensive so decided to try staying in this VRBO in the center of downtown Wilmington. Situated right on the Riverwalk, with a balcony almost sitting over the river, this was a great alternative. More space, more light, and immediate access to the places I like to go when not in working meetings."
