Hotel is lovely. Room is nice size and comfortable. Location is also good.
Not the greatest hotel for kids as it seemed mostly for adults or for business.

Lamp hotel was an absolute gem in Nagoya - convenient location, great rooms (small but consistent with Japanese hotels, well laid out and comfortable beds) and staff were lovely. The lobby with its library and 24-hr cafe was fantastic and a lovely place to relax. We would happily stay here again!!

Amazing hotel room at a great price. Staff are lovely and take care of you.
Keep in mind, if you're visiting from Tokyo and have a "Welcome Suica", this will not work on the local lines in Nagoya, so either get a standard Suica, or a new one at Nagoya station to get to the hotel.
It's only about a 3 minute walk to the station from the hotel.
Room was clean, good toilet, shower and the bed was super comfy above all. Also huge compared to Tokyo standards.
Highly recommend it here.

Highly recommended to stay here if you are visiting Nagoya. Very good room and excellent bathroom and amenities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. However the rooms are typical of japanese size hotel rooms so can be an issue if you have alot of luggage.

From the time we stepped in to the lobby of the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Grand Court Nagoya and checked out the hospitality was amazing!
We were always greeted with a smile. Staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything. Nothing was a problem at all.
The room was very spacious, clean and the view was amazing from the 25th floor. No tall builds obstructing your view. You had everything you needed and more
The restaurant is on the 30th floor is a must if you choose to stay. The...

Wow
What an amazing hotel, you get great panoramic views of the city at a great location.
The staff were very helpful and could speak English.
Getting there was easy as there is a public transport station entrance underneath the hotel!

We had such a pleasant stay at this hotel. I want to give a special shout out to concierge staff named “Go To” for going out of the way in making us feel so welcome and at home even before we checked in. She was also of great help in helping us source a vacuum cleaner to seal our vacuum sealable bag! It’s located at a great location, very well connected to JR Nagoya Station and Midland Square.

Loved the facilities and extras at this hotel! The room size was big enough for the two of us with twin beds and they provided Yukatas and slippers which you can use down to the onsen and restaurant for the free delicious ramen each night after 9.30pm. There is also free ice cream too at night which is so good after the onsen and unlimited drinks throughout the day (soft drinks, tea, coffee). There's also free Yakult too in the morning. And a library full of comics (but in Japanese) if you're a...

There was a high step up to access the bathroom which made it difficult for me as a person with mobility issues. The communal drink and food area was a bonus.
