ベッドのマットレスと枕が固くて腰が痛くなりましたが、それ以外は綺麗で受付の人も印象が良くて過ごしやすいホテルでした。 ただ、事前予約をして当日受付に行くとフロントに利用者と会話をしていてすぐに対応が出来ず、受付を待ってる人がいるからと名前を聞かれ待合室に案内されました。その時、受付を待ってる人や待合室で待ってる人に名前を聞かれてしまったなと少し不安になりました。プライバシーに関わってくると思うので対応していただけたらと思います。 待合室に電話が置いてあったので、すぐに受け付け出来ない場合はその時点で名前を聞かずに待合室に通して、準備が出来たら待合室の電話にかけてフロントに来てもらうとかに出来ないのかなあ。

5/17 밤 11시 다되어서 도착, 카드 결제가 되지 않는다고 거의 40분 ~50분 세워놓고 3~4개 카드 되는지 확인하였음. 아무런 조치없이 시간만 흘러서 expedia에 컴플레인 한다고 하니까, 결국은 50분 걸려서 첫번쨰 카드로 결재가 가능하다고 하였음. 개선 및 개선 계획을 반드시 알려 주시기 바랍니다.

Bad Hotel

You need call the reception for open you room door (from inside the room call Number 3) when you go out, for close your bedroom door you need ask too the reception. I dont understand why they give us room card. Almost nobody can speak english. I going in hotel every week over the world and it's the first I see that. It's look more motel than hotel, you can go there if you have an affair but not for buisness trip ... avoid it ... they say they have restaurant but when you ask where is the restaurant for breakfast they just bring little tray on your room. in my top 5 of bad hotel around the world
