"Cleaning of room is only every 4th stay. Amenities is only a 3in1 body shampoo conditioner wash. They charge you if you want your towels changed. Shower enclosure so bad, when you shower, water goes out to the shower mat and it gets flooded. Room looks old where curtains have small holes and stains. No trashcan except for bathroom. Noisy AC and ceiling fan. Bed is the only decent thing in the room. For a budget hotel, they check your rooms when checking-out as if you stole something from them."

"the hotel iis in a perfect location,near everything like SM north mall which has everything we need from groceries,pharmacy,banks, different shops and several good restaurants to eat,very corteous staff and very good breakfast serving local and international cuisine, will definitely come back to this lovely place!"

"ROOM WAS CLEAN, BRIGHT AND THE SIZE IS GOOD. WALKING DISTANCE TO SM AURA PREMIER, MARKET MARKET AND HIGH STREET. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT WAS VERY FAST. STAFFS ARE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL."

"The overall state the Picasso was great, except for the fact that for whatever reason the TV didn’t work the following day and they were making insinuations that we broke the TV, … sometimes appliances just don’t turn on anymore for whatever reason, and it was an older minimal quality as well. I told the female manager to call the owner, she wouldn’t do it. I’ve traveled all over the world and I’ve never been accused of breaking a TV that simply didn’t turn on after watching it the night prior. Be careful when you stay at the Picasso so they don’t do the same accusations to you or at least attempt to. Unbelievable! Who knows, maybe when we went out for breakfast they switched the TV real quick to try to play a fast one on us… Watch out for these guys."
