There was a wide variety of food, and the chefs, serving staff, and supervisors all provided outstanding service. The coffee was among the best I’ve had in Kathmandu, and the latte service was impressively quick. I’m leaving with wonderful memories of my stay at the Hilton. "

"This hotel is one of the better hotels I have stayed at in Kathmandu. Only main issue was the roads accessing the hotel are very narrow and some taxis had a hard accessing the hotel. "

You can of course stay at the western chains but if you wish to immerse yourself in Nepalese culture while having the perks of a 4/5 star hotel, this is the place to be.
