"I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff...

"The property is beautiful from the time you step into the Hotel. The room was very nice and spacious for two people. We stayed in room 2194 and the view was over the Asian restaurant. The Bell caos were on point everyday. The club area was very nice. Let me finish by telling you about the Breakfast Buffet. Awesome. The team and Management Staff get av5 Star across everything. "
