One of the most gorgeous views of the resort's tropical grounds, the beach and the ocean during the day; and, at night the fire glow of the tiki torches reflecting in the pool and the moon reflecting on the ocean.

    This Beautiful Condo features the highest quality furnishings for your comfort by International interior designer Philpott's and Associates.

    Enjoy Paradise surrounded by the finest designer furnishings, lush bedding and linens, the ultimate gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment: The condo features the highest quality modern style furnishings for your comfort. Sub-zero refrigerator for perfection in freshness and wine temperature, Wolf Appliances designed by Chefs with a passion, cabinets made of fine African mahogany, floors are made of 100% natural stone Peruvian travertine.

    The Master Bedroom Suite has a king bed, a writing desk, full size dresser and a Master Bath with its own tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower. Three LCD flat panel wall mounted televisions and a large selection of channels plus a DVD player.

    The Second Master Bedroom is one of only a few to have two extra-long full-size beds and a master bath of its own, with a soaking tub and a third bathroom with a shower. There is a queen size sofa sleeper to easily accommodate up to 6 people; there is an additional resort fee for having more than 6 guests, max of 8 guests.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The two beds in one of the bedrooms made it great for our teens to have privacy but their own space. The location is perfect to the north shore and the south. We were able to spend time in both places. The condo was very clean and overlooked the pool with an ocean view. We could not have asked for anything better. We will be back.

Amazing room, fantastic views!

We’ve stayed at this resort several times, but this was by far the best room we’ve ever had. It’s clean, love that the second room has two beds, and the view is just fantastic! Will be staying here again!!!

Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at your beautiful condo. The condo was very clean, well maintained, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The resort is beautiful, everyone is friendly and helpful. We spent every evening enjoying the pools and hot tubs with the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

The most relaxing week!!!

We stayed here with our teen boys who were so happy to have their own beds. Loved having beach chairs provided for us and so many amenities in the kitchen. The view was amazing being right over the koi pond and being able to see the ocean.

Great spot for Grandparents, Parents, and Kids

This resort is perfect for families of a variety of ages. The location is ideal for getting to popular spots on the island, having loads of shopping across the street is ideal. Even the beach at low tide has a small protected area for toddlers to paddle around. We loved everything.

Great Stay

This place was fabulous! Way bigger than we needed, but it gave us the space to really spread out. They provided everything we would need for the stay... besides groceries, but that was right across the street. The pool was great and not too busy. Should have brought our kids!

Tranquil vacation

We stayed at this condo for 9 days, we had an amazing vacation, the pool is amazing the view from the condo is beautiful the condo had everything we needed including 4 beach chairs and a ice chest all which came in handy during our stay. Kaui is a beautiful place to visit we love this condo complex it is in the middle of everything and there is a Safeway across the street which is so convenient also there is a spa where I had a massage while I was there that was amazing, I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience

We visited Kauai for a Celebration of Life, and this condo was everything we needed it to be. The rooms were spacious enough for our three kids to stretch some and each roon was in great shape. The condo itself is in a beautiful neighborhood thst is very walkable.

Beautiful unit in a lovely resort

We very much enjoyed our stay here! You can see the ocean and the pool from your lanai. The ocean view is a side view but just pull your chair to a good viewing angle and no worries! The unit also has everything we needed, plus a nice living area where we sat and watched a film one night. We liked leaving the doors open with screens in place to get the nice trade winds breezing through but the air conditioning was also powerful and more than adequate. Thanks very much for a lovely stay on Kauai !

Absolutely. The kitchen was well stocked. We were not without everything we needed to cook 2-3 meals a day. (The ice cubes did have a bit of a funky taste - not sure if it’s the water or lines that need cleaning.) The rooms were clean. Bathrooms expansive. The only downfall was problematic internet that was hit or miss. It was enough to be able to make plans however often disconnected from various devices and was inconsistency. This would not deter us from staying again however I would not plan on having online access at all times.

Beautiful View - Great property!

My recent stay at this condo was nothing short of magical! From the moment we entered, I was surprised by how spacious and comfortable the place was! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the Safeway is literally across the street so you can do a quick stockup and don't have to eat every meal out. The condo was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offered a spectacular view of the ocean and the pool below. To note for those with little ones - the beach at the property can have very rough surf. However, a 5 minute drive to Lydgate Park has sheltered coves with breakwaters where any age can snorkel safely. The lazy river pool, waterfall grotto and slides were a family highlight. Overall, it was a fantastic experience - and we hope to be back again soon.

Clean, Relaxing and Spacious Accommodations

This is our third time visiting Kauai, but a first for bringing our kids. Our family of 7 were impressed with the spacious Kauai Calls condo. It has multiple beds and 3 bathrooms which was a draw for us. A peaceful setting with views of the ocean, the sound of waterfalls in the pool and 3 hot tubs. A kid friendly and welcoming place! We were able to cook our breakfasts in the great kitchen, which included a coffee maker, pots and pans, full size fridge and a dishwasher. It could use another mixing bowl, and a knife sharpener, but we made it work well with what we had. The condo is just steps from the beach and snorkeling. A quick walk to restaurants like Taps and Hops Eatery and Kenjis. Safeway is just across the street. The condo is centrally located for most of Kauai activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. Mahalo! Amy and Ben

Beautiful property and resort

Waipouli Beach resort was a great stay for our family of 8. The condo had 2 master suites, with 2 large tubs, and a spacious kitchen. The pool area had barbecue grills, 2 slides, and 3 hot tubs. The resort had pool towel services, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our own. Communication with the property manager was very easy, and she got back to us very fast. Check in was a breeze, instructions was available a few days prior to our arrival, and it is a keyless pin pad, so we didn't have to wait in line to check in, like at other hotels. Washer and dryer were pretty large, and the condo came with a "starter" pack for detergent, toilet paper, and dish soap. Safeway was right across the street, about a 3 minute walk, and the property is conveniently located to restaurants and shops in town, about a 5 min drive. The beach waves were a bit too rough for the kids, but we were 5 mins from Lydgate beach park, which has a rock wall to shelter the beach from rough water conditions. The property was also a few minutes from Wailua river, which was great for kayaking. BEST FAMILY VACATION! We will definitely be coming back to Waipouli beach resort!
