    This Newly Decorated ground-floor, Garden View is a one bedroom, two bath Condominium located just steps to the white sand beach and two acre "Fantasy Pool" at the First Class Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa on Kauai. King mattress and sofa sleeper: Queen-size sleeper with a 5" memory foam gel infused mattress. There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full size washer and dryer for laundry!

    We loved this condo! It is now our favorite after staying in several condos at this resort over the past several years. We loved the beautiful decor, and the comfortable new sofa sleeper, the large screen TV, and everything new in the kitchen. The condo was very clean! Having beach chairs and a cooler in the condo was great. The property management company was professional and friendly and the communication was excellent. We will definitely stay at this condo again!

The location and the pool were both 5 stars. Kapaa is a great town to use as base camp to explore Kauai and it has many charms of its own. The unit had a few quirks like a bathroom door that wouldn't latch and soap dispenser that wouldn't work, but overall it was a fantastic accommodation. We would stay again.

Honeymoon of a lifetime

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely lovely. The place was beautiful, and the pool and beach access were phenomenal. The location is perfectly centered on the island making it 45 minutes either way to the South or North shore. The restaurant on site (Oasis on the beach) was the best place we ate the whole trip. Across the street was Waileau which had bomb shaved ice! Our flight was delayed and we arrived late but contacted the host and they were so responsive and understanding. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing!!!!

We were just here in December but a different unit same management. We loved this unit just as much! Beautiful and clean! Has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The grounds are gorgeous! We love the gym and how it’s so close to markets etc. The pool looks beautiful but we have only used the Jacuzzis at night because we never get out of the ocean during the day! We also love the central location and the lovely town of Kapaa!

Beautiful First Floor Condo!

We truly enjoyed our one week stay at this condo. Everything was clean, communication was great via texts when we needed extra blankets. We enjoyed the sliding door which took us right out to the parking lot to access our car. Bringing in grocery was easy. My only complaint is the shower water pressure was very low, but we managed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from dishes, knives, grater, and rags. Just bring in your own grocery. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Wonderful Kauai!

The Waipouli Resort is an excellent property. Wonderful pool, location is central to all the Kauai sites. This condo was good for three people, and our teen enjoyed it too! Has lots of amenities! Ice chest, beach chairs, boogie boards, air mattress. Only a few downsides. NO KNOCKING ANYONE. The unit is ground floor facing the main parking lot, so people can see in. Yep, close the blinds...but Id rather see the sky and trees. There is a huge tub in the primary bedrm, that im sure isnt used much, that I wished was a second shower. Lastly, the interior doors didnt close/lock, not a huge problem but something that could be fixed. Kapaa is very close and many food options!

Had an absolutely wonderful. The location of the room was perfect, very close to the beach and parking. My only complaint was that people continuously walked across our patio right in front of the door so we chose to keep the curtains closed. This is by far the best resort in the area if not in all of Kauai!!! Thanks for a great stay!!
