With the upscale features of a luxury hotel combined with the space and plush interior of this 2 bedroom, 3 bath, 1312 square foot unit that includes an ultra gourmet top of the line kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf glass cook top, Wolf oven, GE profile microwave, Fisher Paykel dual dishwasher drawers, granite counter top and African Mahogany cabinets plus three full bathrooms with Peruvian Travertine tile surrounds,2 soaking tubs & 2 showers, and fine artwork.

This unit has 3 flat screen led tv's, wifi, ipod doc stereo. The living room TV has a built in internet browser, access, browse & surf the internet, check Facebook, or watch your Netflix right on the living room Smart TV.

Good place for a family to stay

Resort was clean, pool was great close to beach, room was perfect for the 7 people who stayed there. The resort is close to several towns with cute shops and a grocery store right across the street.

We just stayed one night after we arrived in Hawaii before we island hopped to the big island. This was a very nice place to stay with good pool area, right on the beach and easy drive/access to Lihue airport.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay. Our place was great and super clean. Great communication from our host! We were steps away from the pool and beach. We will percent be back here again. This room has a private lanai that was perfect for lunch. The pool was great. We had the time of our lives here.

Wonderful stay near the beach!

Family vacation. We picked the perfect place. Close to the beach complete with resident seal. The pool was great for kids and adults. Love the sand bottom beach and hot tub. Everything we needed was in the unit including toys for the beach. Great location. Walk across the road to Safeway Shave Ice Starbucks and other stores. Lots of parking available for a larger vehicle.

What a trip! The condo was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and spa and used it daily. There are numerous stores and stuff to do within minutes on the resort. Richard had recommended the Kapaa bike trail which was soooo cool!!! We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful unit for our family of 5. Enough space for all of us to stay/sleep comfortably.Upon checkin, we noticed the sheets on the sleeper sofa were not clean (visibly stained), so I had to start our stay by washing these. Good news is there is washer/dryer in the unit, and laundry pods were provided.Everything else was great-my kids loved the pool, waterslides and hot tub. I loved the sunrise and the seal on the beach!We only stayed one night and would definitely stay longer next time..

Nice property

Family of three and we stayed two nights (wish we had time to stay longer). Richie was responsive and the place was very clean and well stocked with kitchen amenities, beach stuff, etc. The pool was great and my kid loved the waterslides! Only thing that caught our attention was finding a security camera in one of the rooms as we were cleaning up...not sure why that was there but it was pointing toward the outside. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would book at this property again.

Clean and well stocked kitchen

This condo was clean, nicely decorated, master bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I appreciate that there were some condiments and spices in the kitchen for use, and there were even some items in the bathrooms in case you forgot some thing like sunscreen. You can tell the owner of this property sincerely tries to think of the needs of his guests, which was really nice. Air conditioner worked great and it was a very short walk to the pool and the beach. We would definitely return to this lovely home.

Stayed three nights as a multi-generation family (six people ages 8 to 75). Unit was extremely clean and well stocked. It's especially well set-up if you plan to cook in the unit. The amenities at the resort are perfect for little kids - lazy river and water slides were terrific. Prior to arrival we had some questions and Richie was super responsive. The VRBO listing needs to be updated with the current WiFi password. The password on the site was outdated which caused some consternation among internet junkies missing their fix. All in all, we had a great stay.

Nice enough, good central location

I am a very particular person when it comes to where I stay. I was a little disappointed in this place, a little mold in the shower, dust on the bathroom lights, just overall well used. We had a good time but had a few small hiccups. The TV didn't work in the living room, the hot water was hit and miss, the linens on the bed are cheap polyester and no rug or towel in the bathroom for when you get out of the shower. Small things overall but just a few details you should be aware of. The location was great, big, fun pool with slides, and great coffee shop across the street (collab cafe). Sun rises were amazing here! One other thing to be aware of is there is no front desk to help if something is wrong, you have to get the property manager to help you and in our case he was out of town and unavailable during our stay unfortunately. Very close to the airport and some good places to eat, JO2, Hukilau Lani and Java Kai were a few of our favorites.

Wonderful family vacation, but did not get exactly what we thought

I searched VRBO listings for a long time for a property that met our family’s needs. We have three adult children that came on the vacation with us two boys and a girl. Ideally, we get a three bedroom condo, but I really wasn’t finding one that was in our price range and desired location. I decided to go with this property because it specifically said there was a queen and twin bed in the second bedroom. My kids do not care about sharing a bedroom, but my two adult boys need a queen or king.When we arrived at the property, we were very disappointed to see. It was a double bed in the second room. We even measured it to make sure our eyes were not playing tricks on us.My boys could not comfortably sleep in it together, so one had to uncomfortably sleep on a sleeper sofa for 10 days. I would never have spent that amount of money for one of my kids to sleep on a sleeper sofa. Also, the bathroom configuration is also incorrect on the website. It states there is three bathrooms, each of which have a shower that is not the case. Once again, we specifically picked this property because there were three bathrooms with three showers. It makes it easier when we are all getting ready . When I contacted the owner after our trip to discuss this, he told me the description is correct, which it clearly is not. overall everything else about our trip was wonderful. However, I never would have booked this particular property if they had an accurate description. False advertising.

This place was amazing! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Went with my 75 YO mom with mobility issues and she had no trouble at all! We enjoyed the pool and lazy river daily! Great morning sunrise location. The location of the rental was great, easy to get to any location. Beds were comfortable, plenty of beach supplies and grocery store across the street.
