***Ground Floor Oceanview Condo Unit 211***

Steps from the beach, Lae Nani 211 is a lovely, newly renovated and furnished condo on the beach in Wailua on Kauai's east side. We are only a short walk to a variety of shops, restaurants and resorts.

The condo has brand new wall mounted Split AC units installed in the living room and bedroom to keep things cool in the warm months. The fully equipped kitchen is has all new appliances and is very convenient for preparing meals and snacks. And for grilling your favorite foods, the outdoor barbecue area is nearby. You will want to visit the local farmers market for fresh produce to include in your culinary creations.

The large heated salt water pool is surrounded by tropical plants and flowers. Enjoy a refreshing dip at your leisure.
When you dine out, there are many restaurants and cafes in this area offering a nice variety of cuisine, including of course, fresh seafood.

The bedroom sleeps 2 and has a California King bed, spacious closet with hangers, Smart TV and its own private bathroom. There is an additional half-bath off the living room. The sofa in the living room is a pull out queen size sleeper, that sleeps 2 on a memory foam mattress.

There are many activities nearby to enjoy, including seasonal swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, paddle boarding, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, fishing, boat tours and flightseeing aboard helicopters. Tennis and Pickleball enthusiasts will be delighted that Lae Nani has its own tennis court.

Lae Nani is centrally located on the east side of Kauai on the Coconut Coast, equidistant from the sights and activities on the north and south shores. The condo is less than 15 minutes from the airport and is close to shopping, golf courses, and the island's new walking and biking path that follows the eastern shore for miles. Our unit is perfectly situated within walking distance to restaurants (Lava Lava, Chicken In A Barrel, Napali Brewing Company, Hukilau, Bobby V's, Sushi Bushido, Sleeping Giant Cafe, Johnny's Wingz 'n Tingz, and more), shopping, golf, incredible beaches, and the Wailua River.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Really appreciated the air-condition, especially in the bedroom. Also appreciated the extra bathroom. Your condo is modern and up to date. You really couldn't ask for anything more. It was like being at home. The swimming pool, beach and gardens were right there and there is a great restaurant next door. The Coconut Market was a 5 minute walk away with all the shopping you could possibly want. There is also a real grocery store there. We spent 10 days here and look forward to coming back again next year. Thanks so much.

You won't want to go home... Ever! You are literally about 50 feet to a swim pool and 150 feet from there the ocean. The grounds are covered in exotic flowers, fruit and wildlife. The condo is absolutely perfect, tending to all the comforts of home!home!Thoughtful

We had the best stay at Lae Nani 211! The property is beautiful. The pool was a highlight for us-big, quiet with an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt. We could hear and see the waves from our lanai which was surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and flowers giving a sense of total privacy even though we were on the ground floor. We stepped out in the early morning for a short walk to the beach to watch the gorgeous sunrise. Spectacular!The condo was well appointed with blessed air conditioning saving us during a very hot tropical heat dome during our stay. The bed was comfortable, the internet was fast, the tv’s and sound system were fabulous. We really can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Jody, our host, helped us with a forgotten item and was really kind. If you have the chance, stay here!

Great stay on Kaua’i

We really enjoyed our stay on Kauai at this property. We loved being able to walk out onto the lanai and onto the grounds. There was a small beach where you can swim and also a small protected swim area if you want to be out of the surf. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed for out visit. It was conveniently located for all of our activities. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved every minute of our stay at this Lae Nani unit. Just steps away from the calm cove and relaxing saltwater pool, it was perfect for our family and our small baby. Lae Nani 211 exceeded our expectations! We loved the ground floor lanai and easy access to pool and beach. Condo was very well stocked. We walked next door to lava lava beach club. Would love to bring grandkids here. Lovely condo and complex. We will return!

Beautiful condo and great location

Upon arrival, the condo needed a bit of cleaning but was taken care of in a timely manner. Owner was very responsive. Central location on the island made it very easy to see the sights. Grounds were nice and a short walk to the beach made it easy for watching the sunsets. Lava Lava Beach Club which is next door was a great hangout. Will definitely come back our next trip.

Wonderful condo in perfect location

The condo is within a few steps to the pool, barbecue and beach with a lovely view. It is nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and fully stocked kitchen. So happy with our choice of this unit for our first trip to the Garden Island. Loved the ease of no stairs or waiting on elevators. Location on island great for exploring all sides of island. Perfect location, amenities and view

This was our first trip to Kaua’i so there was a bit of anxiety as to whether I picked the right area to stay in. My worries were unfounded becuz within minutes of our arrival at Lae Nani 211, I knew we’d hit the jackpot. The condo was spacious, well laid out and had more than we would ever need. Being able to walk out the ground floor patio made bbqing so convenient. The beach was literally a minute away and while it was small, it was perfect for us to get some sun, get a bit wet and watch the sunset. Even saw a turtle out there. We wandered over to the coconut marketplace and lava lava beach club several times as they were so close. We will definitely be back!

Literally the BEST!

I have nothing but great things to say about this rental! The size is perfect for a long term or short term stay. The location was in the perfect spot to travel around the island, feeling as though it was right in the middle of both directions and the airport. The unit itself was so quiet, on the corner, and the walkout was great to head to the beach. Stores were close, parking was super easy, and there’s a beach walk not far! I could go on and on about it, but I will say this- when my husband and I come back to Kauai, this is where we will stay!

Great location, fantastic place

We stayed for 9 nights in July. The grounds of Lae Nani, the pool, and the beach are second-to-none. We absolutely loved the location and the ability to explore the entire island from it. The condo is much bigger than it appears in the pictures, which was a very welcome surprise. We had a large issue the first night we checked-in, but the hosts were apologetic, had great communication with us, and fixed the problem within half-a-day. Our stay was problem free from then on. We were very sad to leave. We will try to stay here again in the future. Perfect for small families whose kids don't mind sleeping on a sofa sleeper.
