The Neighborhood:

The Oasis Restaurant is onsite and one of the Finest in Kapa`a. Close to Shopping of every kind. Starbucks and Safeway across the street. Lots of shopping within Walking Distance. The Coconut Marketplace is blocks away and has really wonderful Shops and Entertainment.



Getting Around:

Centrally Located on the Coconut Coast of Kapa`a. There is a local City Bus for Transportation. Taxis, Lyft and Uber are available on most parts of the Island.



Other Things to Note:

Your Host Supplies an ample Starter Set of Paper Products. Toilet Tissue, Paper Towels and Kleenex. If you run out, you will need to supply additional for your use.

If you need a Late Check-Out, and it is possible, the rate is one half the nightly rate plust Hawaiian State Tax. The late departure fee must be paid to Blue Jade Real Estate prior to your check-out date. This option allows you to stay in the home until 10 pm on the day of departure.

Great place to stay, look no further!

Great location on the island. Close to stores and restaurants. Pool is absolutely amazing and beach is great as well. We stayed with our little kids and it was perfect. When we go back to Kauai we won’t need to look for a place but will be staying here again. You won’t be disappointed.

Comfortable and spacious with access to great amenities

This vacation home is beautiful and well-equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. The rooms were spacious & quiet, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Great amenities on the property included a fantastic pool with water slides & hot tubs, gym, and access to a wonderful sandy beach with lounge chairs. Safeway and several restaurants are a quick walk. Host was also very responsive and clear with check in and check out instructions. Highly recommend!

This condo was the perfect location! Central to everything on the island and very close to the pool and baby beach! We have two toddlers and an infant and we had everything we needed!

Our condo fit our needs perfectly. I love the large bathrooms plus this condo provided an extra fold up bed in the second bedroom. The Waipouli is such a beautiful location for visiting Kauai. I highly recommend this resort.

Waipolu vacation

Great central location- very accessible to restaurants in Lihue and Kapaa. Long reef- wonderful for tide pooling at night. Excellent pool with 3 hot tubs. Overall, great time!

Great landing spot!

The condo is very centrally located on the island. It was a great starting point for any adventure we did. Having a grocery store across the street was very convenient. the A/C worked great the entire time.

Perfectly located paradise

We had so much fun! The pool was amazing! My 4 year old met a lot of kids to play with each time we went. We were across the atreet from Safeway, Ross, and the Fun Factory. Tons of places to eat within walking distance. We were able to do so many activities without driving too far. Loved this pkace!

Great location- easy check in

Enjoyed our stay. Property is lovely and the unit was nice. Property manager was very responsive. The unit does need maintenance- all the door handles were loose and falling off and the AC wasn’t working properly. They were responsive in coming to fix threes things, but parts needed to be ordered and would not arrive before we left. Looking forward to returning!

Amazing!!

We had a fabulous time in Kauai. This was our second time at the Waipouli and once again did NOT disappoint! Convenient to shopping and all pArts of the island. Would highly recommend!! Chairs and ice chest in the unit were a plus.

Kauai Family Trip

As promoted on VRBO. Close to beach. Had beach items for renter use. Had to buy an iron. Able to use a late check out option which was great for our late night air departure. Poor communication with resort security resulting in being locked out of our unit for late check out. Quickly resolved with phone call to unit owner. Condo was great but beach area lacking.

Ok stay

On a scale of 1 to 5 the condo, I would give a four out of five. Despite having to check in at four due to the place, supposedly being clean, there was several areas that were overlooked, which was part of to the attention of the management. I did not enjoy sitting out on the patio, because the chairs were dirty and mildewed, and appear that they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The air condition wasn’t completely functioning properly Even once we had the doors closed and the sensor kicked on. We have spent one week of our stay at the grand Hyatt in Poipu, which accommodated us on late check out without additional charge. Not quite sure if I would return to this facility. The pool was very nice.

Great location great pool

The resort itself it very nice. Location makes it easy to get to most places in a reasonable time. The pool is perfect for young kids. Proximity to the ocean is fantastic. Nice beach area for walking, watching sunrises and seeing an occasional seal. Check in was easy.The condo itself was fine, beds were comfortable and good water pressure. The kitchen supplies were adequate for basic cooking. I rated the cleanliness 3 stars. It appears clean, but this condo does need more detailed cleaning. Visible mildew in shower/sink/washer, used nasal Breathe Right strip stuck on the floor, patio furniture was dingy. Hoping the bed sheets were clean, but did see a few strands of hair in the master bed upon check in. The A/C didn't seem to cool adequately despite all doors shut/locked. It was tolerable during the day but at night it was slightly uncomfortable. Maintenance person checked in timely in response to an email we sent. He checked the temp blowing out and said it was cooling so nothing was done about it.
