Welcome to the oceanfront paradise on Kauai at Waipouli Beach Resort Unit F-204!

This unit is a 2 Master Suite bedroom with 3 full bathroom floorplan. Each Master Suite comes with a smart flat screen television, balcony, dresser and double sink bathrooms equipped with both shower and bathtubs. (Yes, we provide hair dryers!)

Central AC throughout the unit, as well as your own Washer / Dryer. Updated gourmet kitchen for all your culinary needs.

This private oasis is walking distance to some of the best restaurants on island and is centrally located on the east side.

Great central location on Kauai that let us easily get to both the North and south sides of the island. The resort itself is excellent, the kids very much enjoyed the pool and slides. The room is really big! More than enough space for all 5 of us, quite comfortable and well kept.

The host was very responsive prior to our arrival. Check in was easy. The property is amazing. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals ourselves. There were lots of board games, books and beach gear available if we wanted them. Everything was perfect and we had an amazing time. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Condo was very clean and well appointed. Resort had ample amenities. Great location on the beach and close to services. Only gripe is the onsite bar and restaurant was not open until 4:00 pm. No food and drink service by the great pool.

Something for Everyone

Location and property were perfect!!! Close to shopping plaza and easy commute to airport and island activities. The accommodations exceeded expectations and everyone enjoyed the pool area. In addition, the workout facility was one of the best we’ve seen. Not to mention the morning sunrises that never disappointed Would absolutely stay here again if we return to Kauai. Of the three islands we visited…this was our favorite. Mahalo for a memorable vacation!!!

The location of this property could not have been more perfect for a first timer to the island. Close to airport. Equidistant to the North and South Shores. Grocery, Shopping, and Amenities within walking distance. The property owners were very responsive and helpful. Property was spotless and well taken care of. The complex grounds are pristine and the on site restaurant/bar is top notch. Highly recommend! Mahalo!

Wish we could stay longer.

Centrally located to pretty much everything you will want to do both north and south of the island. Nice property that includes all the amenities you would want. The spa services are probably worth skipping. Cost 500$ for my daughter and wife to have a basic “face massage.” Think twice about wasting your money on that. Besides that I would duplicate this trip 100x over. Mahalo

Waipouli Resort is our favorite

This was our 3rd trip to Kauai in the past 3 years.We chose to stay at this resort due to it being the perfect location for us. The Hosts/Owners made the booking very quick and easy. Great communication. The Property Manager Alex was there to answer any questions we had or if there were any issues, there were none.This room is extremely nice, very large rooms, the beds were outstanding. The room has everything you need for a day at the beach, chairs,umbrella,ice chests and even swim gear, life jackets and toys for the kids.Parking and access to the room is excellent.The laundry area has a large washer and dryer, they look brand new, the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils.This was a much needed vacation for us, we couldn't have had a better experience, having this exceptional room definitely made all the difference. We are thinking about another trip next year, hopefully this same unit will be available. Greg & Bella

Wonderful stay in Kauai

Our family of four adults (my husband and I along with my parents) and a teenager stayed in this lovely condo. From the beginning, communication with John was easy. He answered all questions that I had. The unit itself is in a great location by the pool, parking lot, towel desk, bbq pit, and you can see the ocean from the lanai. Seeing as we had 5 people, the two bathrooms were great to have. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. I really appreciated the laundry pods that were left as I forgot to bring some. We would definitely recommend staying here, and we would again! The location is perfect for going to Princeville, Waimea, or anywhere in town.

Loved the location, but had a couple flaws

We loved the location as it was halfway between the north shore and south shore making day trips to the Canyon or Princeville ideal. We were there when the big storm hit, so only downfall was when bridge went out from the crane, making travel the airport or south very slow going, but at no fault of the owner. Only things we were disappointed in is that there was no cupboard space for food. All the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen were full of dishes, pots and pans, so there wasn’t a place to put food in other than fridge, so a lot of food had to stay out on the counters. We did encounter several roaches in the kitchen cupboards, which we were ready for because it is Hawai’i, so be prepared to rinse your glasses, plates, bowls, silverware etc before using them. The A/C never worked right. It never got lower than 76 in the condo with it turned on, so it was a bit muggy until night. If you’re not used to heat and humidity, it can be overwhelming. We give it an 8.5/10 overall. Would stay at Waipouli Resort again.
