Amazing beach views from Lae Nani condo

Enjoy a beautiful ocean view from our condo overlooking the beach. At Lae Nani you can relax at the pool while surrounded by lush gardens just steps from the beach. Located on Kauai's central coast, 10-15 minutes from the airport, Lae Nani is secure with gated access and free parking. There is an ancient Hawaiian heiau on the property, a swim-able beach with a rocked-in area for children, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, a tennis court, barbecues near the heated pool, and laundry on site.
This second floor condo, unit #324, invites cool trade winds and is safe to leave windows and the lanai door open so you can sleep with the sound of the surf. The one bedroom, one and a half bath unit has a full kitchen, sliding glass door to the lanai, a Roku TV, and free WIFI. Beach towels and chairs are also included.

Great stay

We were right on our own private beach yet still walking distance to many restaurant and bars. Also, an easy 20-30 min drive up to the north and 20-30 min down to the south. Very centrally located and host was very responsive. Would stay here again.

Great Condo and Property on the Coconut Coast!

This unit was great for our recent trip to Kauai! It's right on the beach and the grounds are beautiful with views of the bay and mountains. The unit was very clean and had a really nice deck that overlooked the bay. The owner was great to work with too! We'll definitely stay there again on our next trip to Kauai!

Great stay in Kapa’a

Really enjoyed our stay, close to the pool and beach. Very quiet since you’re one block off Kuhio Highway, but easy access to the north and south. Park like grounds with lots of shade made for nice evenings outside. Condo is well appointed, with everything you need for your stay.

A week in Maui and a week in Kauai

Was here on Kauai in 2017 so great to come back and visit again. Kapaa is a nice, central location for exploring the island. This condo was perfect for my wife and I. Look forward to returning.

Great location with the perfect beach

The property and location was great. One thing we missed was a washer/dryer in unit. They had one close you paid for, which was reasonable. It was well equipped, and we added a crock pot to their kitchen. Had one issue, and Bernadette was on it! Would rent again!

Amazing view and stay!

We loved every minute here! The condo was everything and more! The views were amazing and super close to walk to so many places- Lava Lava, Coconut Market etc. The pool was fantastic, the grounds beautiful, sitting on the lanai for breakfast each day was priceless! Oceanfront and beach dream

Had a wonderful first trip to Kauai. The location and convenience of this condo was perfect for exploring the island and had grocery stores and restaurants close by. Loved the tropical feel and comfortable accommodations with a great balcony overlooking the grounds and beach.

The condo was perfect. The view from the Lani was wonderful. The location, was within walking distance of coconut market place with restaurants and shops. Kirsten was great to work with and always very responsive. Lots of good quality pots and pans to cook with. Beach is ok for swimming. Nice to lay on lawn chairs on lawn and go in water for a quick dip.

Love this place

Our unit was well-appointed and well-stocked, had pretty much everything we might need. The view from the lanai was outstanding, and Lae Nani's landscaping rivals the "big guys" in resort ambience. Proximity to Coconut Marketplace is very convenient, and location is central to all parts of the island. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location

The pictures accurately show the wonderful view and property. The complex is very well kept, the landscaping is colorful and gorgeous; the pool is clean and refreshing. The location is well situated, close to Lihue and then to Hanalei, and grocery stores, restaurants. The condo is dated, but is well maintained and clean.

35th Anniversary Trip

I cannot say enough about this wonderful condo! Both place and location were fantastic. The condo had so much room for both of us and had everything we needed. Our favorite thing to do was have coffee every morning on the balcony that overlooks the beach. The condo is also located within walking distance of the Coconut Marketplace and several really good restaurants. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Comfort in Kauai

My partner and I loved our stay in this lovely condo in Kauai. The pleasantly furnished, tidy and well-equipped facility was in the perfect location for our interests. We walked on the beach, snorkeled at Lydgate Park, and ate at the nearby restaurants. The deck of the condo gave us a lovely view of the beach and delightful landscaping. We hope to return in the near future.
