Perfect for families and friends! This first floor unit has a stunning beachfront view that overlooks the ocean. Walk out onto the lanai and enjoy a peaceful landscape of the clear blue sky framed by palm trees while listening to the ocean waves.

The condo has AC and comes fully equipped with kitchen amenities that allows you to cook a full meal. From plates, bowls, and cups to all the necessary cutlery items. The unit is right across the street from a Safeway not to mention the various unique shops and restaurants along the road!

Enjoy downtime activities on the condo complex such as visiting the Meeting/Recreation room to read a book or play a game of Ping Pong. When you feel like relaxing outdoors, walk out from the lanai and take a dip in Kauai Kailani’s pool or suntan along the beach.

Great location!

Handy spot and everything we needed

Well equipped condo in a good location. We enjoyed our time here and found the supermarket and strip mall across the road good. Kaapa is a good mid point to explore the island from.

Excellent place to stay in Kuaui

Property was clean and had plenty of amenities from cooking to towels to beach stuff. Location was great place to explore the island. Would definitely stay here again.

Kauai condo

Perfect place to stay on the island. Centrally located on the beach with a pool. Lots of beach toys and the condo was well stocked with kitchen and bath items.

Nice room in a good location!

This accomodation is good for two couples or a small family. Several extras - couches fold into beds and there is a portable crib! Loved that it was on the beach!!! Easy access to groceries, restaurants and more! Dave was a great commucator, too!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. Great property in Kapaa, the house is just in ground floor so easy to access and the back door just a few steps from the pool and the beach. The owner communicates fast and very helpful. Totally recommended.

Great location. Beach chairs and camping chairs were great. AC was very cold but the apartment gets great circulation. Lanai was great and has views of sunrise.

Nice apartment in Kauai

Clean apartment with everything you need for your vacation. Supermarket is directly across the street, plenty of food trucks are nearby. Location is very good, as all parts of the island are easy to reach. The beach of the condo is not really a swimming beach, but that was totally fine for us, as there are so many beautiful beaches to go and the pool works totally great for short cool downs.

Loved the accommodations. Everything as advertised. Had a great ocean view, only had to walk about 60 ft to see waves coming in and step in the water. Loved the condo and would stay again! David was very responsive to text messages during our stay! Mahalo for our great experience!

Perfect condo for a getaway and central location

Nice condo to stay in Kauai. My gf and I were here for a 3 day trip so really just needed a place to sleep while we hiked/snorkeled/explored the island. Clean condo, with a nice pool and you can access the beach out the back to see the sunrise. Nice breeze flows through the unit and it was quiet at night. Location is very close to the airport and you can easily get to north or south shore in 35-45 min in rather direction. Overall would recommend and we will book again next next time we visit! Mahalo!!

Great property in great location

We really enjoyed the property. It is in a great location. Easy access to the entire island. We needed the property manager on one occasion, and he was quick to respond and to rectify the situation. The condo itself was spacious and very comfortable. It was great to listen to the ocean and feel the breeze in evening. The couches in the living room are not the most comfortable to sit on after a day of exploring the island, but after a few hours we were ready for bed. We only used the kitchen for a couple of dinners but it seemed to have everything we needed.

Great central location!

Location was central to north and south Kauai, very close to the airport. Great to be right on the beach, even though it wasn’t really swimmable. Property was peaceful- it often seemed like we were some of the only people there! However, the occupants upstairs and next door were quite noisy, which is no fault of the host. Every necessity was provided, as far as beach equipment , toilet paper, paper towels, laundry, cooking supplies, etc., which's was amazing! I would definitely rent one of David’s other properties, just maybe an upstairs unit.

Heavenly sunrises

The location was perfect! Best sunrise views out the window, I would take my breakfast to the beach just steps away and enjoy the sunrise every morning, it was incredible! The beds were comfortable, the space was great! It was clean & well stocked. Highly recommend!It is in an apartment like building with a lot of people who seem to permanently live there. Definitely not isolated & the neighbors were very noisy so I advise ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper (I know that’s out of the owners control just wanted to make sure you’re aware). It was a great “home base” we didn’t spend much time other than sleeping there. Too many amazing things to see and do in Kauai. The hosts were great and very responsive. The space was perfect for me (a single mom) & my 3 kids. Thank you for such a lovely stay!!!

What a great experience! Clean, safe and spacious!

The condo was perfect for our stay! Two bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, one and a half baths including a full size washer and dryer; and great living room area with two couches and 4 barstools - plenty of room to spread out. The hosts have thought of everything -- sand toys for kids, boogie boards, pool floaties, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler -- the works! We had family at a neighboring resort and it was great when other cousins wandered over to hang out and they could chat and they even watch some of the basketball tournament. Communication with the owners was easy and we had no problems -- my family next door was actually a little jealous. Thank you again, David!

Overall good, counterintuitive door access

Overall we enjoyed our stay, but felt the digital lock was counterintuitive and frankly stressed us out quite a bit dealing with it. Sounded like there may be a requirement by the HOA to have that particular system, so the owner may not be to blame, but we found it onerous and annoying. And while they did have a pack n play as we discussed, it was an off-brand and also super difficult to open and close, and the zipper was rusted shut. It took a lot of effort to get it to open. Hopefully after this they can update their pack n play to be more workable for guests who may have infants. We appreciated the in-unit laundry and the AC even though there was a decent breeze most of the time. Location was very convenient to grocery and shops. Overall a great stay I would recommend, if you don’t have a baby and have all your brain cells to figure out the digital door access, lol. Mahalo for letting us stay!

Great spot on Kauai. Close to amenities you need for a great trip

We enjoyed the stay here. Stayed about a week. Parking is easy, it's right across from groceries and restos close by you can walk to. Location is right in the middle so it's easy to get anywhere on the island. Host was great and quick to respond to anything. It's the first floor unit, and they encourage you to not use AC so you need the windows and sliding doors open. It's fine but there is very little privacy this way. You can hear everything from the courtyard, the rooms above and the games room right next door. Lots of younger people partying so it definitely didn't make us want to keep the blinds and windows open. Windows in the front of all the units are basically just shutters and not windows so they let in a ton of noise too. If ur okay with a little noise, place will be great. Beach is just rocks so you have to go somewhere else to swim at a beach as well. Keep that in mind.

A little TLC would go a long way

Central location, great communication with owners. Layout of condo is a bit odd - No bathroom near the "master" bedroom. Paper thin walls, so pretty noisy with all the other tenants. Couldn't leave the windows open at night for the wonderful trade winds because of all the noise from the courtyard and the complex game room (which is next to this unit). Apartment dingy overall and needs a face lift. Past ceiling leaks haven't been repaired completely, walls are dirty, cheap furniture is scratched up, and the couch was filthy. It's nice to have AC units in the bedrooms, but they mounted the units right above the beds, so we had to turn them off when sleeping because the cold air blows directly down on you otherwise. A little TLC would go a long way to making this a place worth the price they are charging!

Nice place to stay near the ocean

This condo was a nice place to stay near the ocean. You can see it from the condo. We saw 2 monk seals resting on the beach nearby throughout our stay. The beds don't look like much but they are very comfortable. I slept great and that is uncommon for me when traveling. The A/C is a huge bonus. Especially if you are not use to the humidity. It is a great location close to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. It is also a unit that is right next to the community center with ping pong & BBQ's which we enjoyed. There were lots of beach chairs and boogie boards. And I liked having a washer & dryer in the unit. The community in general is also very quiet and peaceful. On the downside, There is an adjoining room and the door is near the end of the hallway next to the half bath. I was fine with my husband but if I had been a single person I would have wanted to know about this. If it was in the ad then that is my bad but I don't remember seeing anything about it. Overall, for the price I felt it was a great value and I would stay here again.
