Experience a comfortable and convenient stay in this cozy 1-bedroom studio located along the Coconut Coast. This unit is perfect for guests who are looking to explore the beautiful island of Kauai. The location is extremely convenient for getting around with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. It is centrally located and only 30 mins away from the north and south side of the island. This unit has a comfortable King-sized bed and full sized bathroom along with AC!

You can lounge by the swimming pool or walk along the beach which is just steps away from the property. At Kauai Kailani, you will find yourself right at home. BBQ Grills, Meeting/Recreation Room, Ping Pong Table, and Books are provided here for ease of access and your convenience.

The location is extremely easy for getting around the whole island. You can access multiple beaches, shops, numerous restaurants/food trucks, and not to mention having a Safeway right across the street.

Great little place for single traveler

This place was a great location. It was located on the east shore, so going north or south was very easy and not that far. There is a shopping center across the way for food and grocery. Right behind the place is the beach that you can go to anytime. Be beach at anytime you want.

Perfect room for solo or couple travel

Excellent little place by the beach for an affordable vacation to Kauai. Close by to just about everything one needs. I did not have a car rental and this location was perfect for that.

Great little condo!

Would recommend this little condo for any pair traveling to Kauai. Great location near downtown Kaapa and right on the beach. Clean apartment and Dave was very helpful!

Small studio but clean and tidy. Goid complex with small pool and on the beach. Bus stops outside from the airport and also to go up to the north shore, goes to Hanalei. Groceries and places to eat across the road, shops around the area too.

The location is very good, room is convenient, enjoyed the access to ping-pong table and the beach is right outside the property. Wish there was some sugar, coffee, salt etc. basic condiments so we do not need to purchase for just two or three days we are there.

Great place to stay

I really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean, good location, had all the amenities I needed, the bed was super comfortable to sleep on & really good communication from the owner. I would say for some people, what might be an issue for them, is the walls are thin, so you can hear all noise from your neighbors. But while I was there, no one stayed up really late, so it wasn't a problem for me.

The area around the property is wonderful, a walk on the beach is outstanding. The unit itself is not so much, it seems to have been divided off of a larger one. The bathroom is great, however there is no kitchen area at all, the closet holds the small fridge, microwave and a cupboard with minimal dishes, No sink other than the bathroom. While not expecting a lot, some salt and pepper, sugar would have been nice. Still overall we had a good time in the area.

Perfectly located in the middle of everything

Great property exactly as listed. The location is great as you are centrally located between north and south shore. Walking distance to the grocery store, incredible shave ice and amazing sushi. The view on the beach is spectacular and their are two pools for a quick dip. Not a huge place but it makes a great basecamp for seeing the sights. Super close to secret falls and the sleeping giant trail which are both must see attractions. We would stay again in a heartbeat and you cant beat the price! We loved our time here and cant wait to see Kauai again!

Nice location bad room

The location is very nice on water with a small beach front but they failed to indicate it was a lock out room so could easily hear the voices in the main unit. It also was adjacent to the janitorial room which was really loud. The room was clean. New looking microwave and frig. The bathroom was nice with soaps and shampoos plus hair dryer. No windows except frosted slatted window for ventilation to the parking lot so feel isolated. My bad though as I did not see pictures of the room. Due diligence as I did not.

Great little spot, conveniently located

We stayed at this little 1 bedroom for two nights. It was just what we needed- a clean, conveniently located landing pad! Sure, it's not the Ritz, but who wants to spend their whole time on Kauai in their hotel room anyway? The bed was comfy, the bathroom roomy, and it had AC. It is part of a bigger condo and is only the master bedroom, with a locked connecting door. But we couldn't hear anything through the door and this didn't bother us at all. The AC was quiet and efficient, and there were also a few fans supplied if needed. There is parking provided. Its just a few minutes (not even) drive to old town, and right on the main drag through town (though set far back, so traffic noise is not an issue), so you can get on the highway and get to your next adventure easily. The host was super communicative, gracious, and just great! End to end, a wonderful experience!

This is a good place for two people. They had dishes, microwave, towels and most anything you may need. The bed was comfy and the shower has excellent hot water and pressure. The host was quick to respond to our request for extra pillows. ☺️ The beach is right around the back and it’s quiet. The A/c works great and they even have several fans in the room. The property is centrally located for easy walking to shops and food. Ross is right across the street for quick necessities. My only disappointment was the parking. If you’re paying that much you expect to be able to park close by. The parking lot was mostly empty but you will not be able to park there. You have to park under some trees that will leak sap all over your rental car. We winded up having to wash our rental twice that week because we couldn’t see to drive. So a dedicated parking spot up close would have been nice. My other recommendation would be to put a door sealer or pad at the bottom of the front door because there is a huge gap with causes noise and the A/C to leak out. We rolled up a small blanket and placed it under the door but it could be an easy fix. Also adding a cheap electric tea kettle would be amazing. Thanks again!

This is ideal for a convenient basic accommodation while exploring Kauai. It’s not a resort but does have a pool and beach front; it is clean, comfortable and close to amenities. Watching the sunrise each morning is a bonus!
