"This room was disgusting! It feels and looks dirty walking in! We paid for a PARTIAL OCEAN view and all we got was the parking lot view and roof view of another building. The beds are double beds and are literally SAGGING! Terrible pillows, dirty bathroom upon check in... GROSS, GROSS, GROSS!!! spend a few more bucks for something that will be worth it, called front desk multiple times and no answer... I finally decided to give up on trying... NO GOOD! "

"This is a special place, and I really enjoyed my stay here. The morning yoga classes on the floating dock were exceptional. Just be aware it is a 3-star resort, so don't expect the units to be in top condition. Cleanliness could be better (corners, top of the fridge), though overall acceptable (linens and towels were clean). Overall a very peaceful spot with amenities to offer and friendly staff. Oh, and the daily banana bread was delicious (and vegan, which was a pleasant surprise)."

"The room is like in a hostel, small, having just a bed, with no chair, desk, table, night stand. Only one bedside lamp. Windows are frosted glass shutter, cannot be opened, can't see outside, high up anyway. One noisy AC unit blasting constantly. Restroom has no vent, only 1 light. Karaoke bar on the floor below blasting until 2am. No parking. Expensive parkades half a mile away. Resort fees charged for nothing. No amenities like exercise room or swimming pool except coffee in the lobby from 7am to 7pm. Star rating should be one instead of 3 on Expedia website. "

"Yes, great ocean views from this location - but prepare to feel like you are at Disneyland with amount of poeple that are there. We were in winter season and I could never imagine traveling here during the peak or summer season"

"Internet is slow. Staff is helpful. Rooms are clean. 5 Star for breakfast. Only one think is window air conditioner is very near the bed(2 bed room). It been little uncomfortable near that bed."

"Construction very noisy. Street traffic noisy. Centrally located to beach and shops Cold showers took over 20 minutes to get hot water to the 10th floor. Pillows weren't great"

"It is so expensive the restaurants are very overpriced. All the extra fees too was crazy a daily resort fee and a fee to use the parking lot. Just be expecting a lot of charges. The staff was very pleasant. The rooms could be updated, the place was clean."
