"Lots of ants in the room, door doesn't close properly, cleaners are observant enough even when Make Up Room sign was displayed for many hours, car park isn't open 24hrs and forced to park outside and got fined by local authorities as the area is very popular and the police love to give out illegal parking summons. This isn't a true hotel and the property management of the mixed development on which Qliq sits on couldn't even help when I issued a complaint about my inability to enter the car park...

"I enjoyed the buffet breakfast with Asians and Western. Staffs are friendly and helpful!! Hotel lobby and room are cleaned. I enjoyed the free H2O bottles. Front desk staffs are warm and welcoming. Dining staffs and housekeeper are also nice and friendly. I will return if I will be in town in future."

"Excellent in every way. Rooms were spotless. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff really went above and beyond-from security to restaurant to front desk. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. I also liked the focus on reducing plastic waste. Good location very close to the central rail station and 2 big malls. Very good value for the price."

"Lack of breakfast dining option at hotel if you don't want to have buffet breakfast at the hotel lobby. The cafe as well as the hotel lobby restaurant opens only at 11 am for ala carte dine in option. At least the watee boiler is stainless inside and there are water dispenser on the corridor. Lake side path is beautiful. Swimming pool is basic, but gym is good. Big and quite comprehensive. Only opens at 7 am. Wish it opens earlier so can use before start my day at conference. "Although my stay was short and I chose this place simply because I had an early flight from Kuala Lumpur the next day, the staff's smiles were very friendly, and the overall environment was very comfortable. There's also a local department store nearby, which is quite interesting to explore. However, it's important to note that foreigners have to pay an additional RM10 per night. (I only found this out on site.)"
