"The one star rating for communication is for the reservation foul up which was not the fault of the Ala Moana staff, they were amazing! "The room was very clean. The view of the ocean was fantastic. We weren't able to see Diamond Head like our last visit which was fabulous. I guess our room wasn't ready for us and offered us an upgrade to a higher floor with two beds. We declined the offer and they ended up giving it to us anyway. It was fine except that because of our sleeping habits with my cpap machine we ended up not being able to sleep together in the same bed. "
