Stay was alright. Room was big, bed comfortable but our experience was tainted by the fact our luggage delivery wasn’t done properly and none of the two staff confirmed a date, emailed us after we checked out to tell us that not only the luggage was still at the hotel (I have it to them the day before in the hope of receiving it at the next hotel 48hrs later…) I was offered to send it straight to the airport but refused a refund or compensation for the stress + the fact that I had to buy clothes as I was left with no luggage for for 2 days which I find disappointing. Other than that, hotel is located in a good spot, bath was enjoyable and comfy , bed very comfy and we didn’t have any cleanliness issues. Our room had a lovely view, we loved that we could use our Netflix and other services on the TV. So it was overall good, just felt the customer service could have been a bit better

The location of the hotel was convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had two room, one room had a massage chair and the other, the beds reclined with a push of a button. There laundry room was clean and the washer and dryer worked great. The pastries from the bakery were fresh and delicious. The staff were wonderful! They were kind, helpful and sooo nice. When we left the owner walked us to the door and stood there waving and watching us till we arrived to the entrance of the port, he bowed at us and waved one final time. I highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, room was very clean and plenty of room. I highly re ommend and we will stay here again for sure.

I only stayed for 14 hours, so I didn’t use the food credit. This was a booking I made after all my other bookings. I thought I would be able to do everything I wanted in the Hiroshima area, however; when I realized I would be pushing it; I booked this stay. It was a great choice. It’s right next to the ferry docks, so I woke up packed my bag and checked out and had the hotel hold my bag until the afternoon when I got back from Miyajima Island. The area and hotel are older, but I like the older feel. My view from my window was probably the worst in the hotel, but I’m guessing others had better views. I met a couple who stayed on Miyajima Island, I suppose that could be better, however; more expensive. I don’t regret stay at the Coral.
