The entry is extremely hard to find- look for a narrow doorway in the middle of the block, not where the map places you. Signage is poor. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Reception is unmanned but there is a phone if you have problems with their automatic sign-in (we did). Once we were in the room it was fine for the night.

Beautiful classy hotel with excellent amenities. Staff was friendly and very eager to help us enjoy Hiroshima and Japan. Despite being out of town it was right at the boat dock to adventure and easy bus access

"A beautiful place to live. Currently its an apartment complex, rrnting out rpoms till the apartments are sold. Full size refrig, convection microwave, washer and cooktop. Only the refrig, microwave and washer are allowed, with a very heavy fine if violated. Most of the staff was nice, but not all, ..."
