Additional guests must be approved in advance and will be charged $50 per person, per day.

No unapproved visitors or gatherings allowed.

-Outdoor Areas & Tidepools

Our tidepools are a special part of the Mermaid Manor experience — natural, ever-changing, and right outside your door. Please enjoy with care and keep an eye on little ones while exploring.
OutdoorBed is designed for lounging and stargazing—but guests are welcome to sleep there if they choose. It is not included in the official guest sleeping count.

-Housekeeping & Check-Out

King beds will be made prior to arrival.

Sleeper sofas and the air mattress will not be made in advance — bedding is provided and guests may set these up themselves.

If you’d like any of these beds pre-made, a $100 setup fee applies (request at least 48 hours before check-in).
Please follow check-out instructions or opt for a $100 cleaning checkout fee.
Air mattress provided upon request.

-Security & Property Rules

Security cameras are located on the property for protection only — never to monitor guest activity.
Due to our prime, oceanfront location, Mermaid Manor is well-known and often admired by passersby. Cameras are in place to ensure the tidepools and backyard remain private for our guests and to discourage anyone from trying to access the ocean through the property.
Please keep the front gate closed at all times.

-Propane & Ice Maker

✔ The ice maker is working and ready for use.

✔ We provide two propane tanks, and sometimes a third extra.
Guests are welcome to refill any empty tank at a nearby location if needed.
(We do not provide unlimited propane refills during your stay — thank you for understanding and helping us keep this sustainable.)

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home, tidepool area, three decks, open-air lanai, private driveway, laundry room, and the garden-level outdoor shower—conveniently paired with the indoor half-bath near the living room’s additional sleeping space.
