Property was as described. Location was great path to Main Street was good . Only had to call to get extra sheets for sofa bed they came right away.

Nice apartment, good location
Great location near the beach and near restaurants. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Downside: We had trouble accessing the suite as the battery in the lock was dead and the key pad remained difficult even after the battery was replace. Kona Islander staff were helpful and Vacasa staff were helpful but all this took time.

Nice location of room and property
Enjoyed coffee on the lenai amongst the foliage and birds. Good location for walking around Kailua Kona without having to drive. Unit had coffee pot and filters, toaster, utensils and mini fridge. Nice big sink. Good shampoo and conditioner. Pictures on site are accurate

AVERAGE ACCOMMODATION
The location in Kona is Great. And that's about it. The room is super simple. I found it super odd that the kitchen is basically the bathroom. They share a sink. So we have cutting boards and drying dishes next to our toothbrushes and make up. It is like they turned a decent sized bathroom into a super tiny bathroom and a almost useless kitchen. Saw lots of cockroaches around our unit and whole hotel. The bbq by the pool was actually really good and well maintained but there are no tools to cook with and little to no room to prepare the rest of the meal. The parking situation was also wild. Way more cars then available spots. So most days we came back from daily adventures there were no spots and have to find parking far away. Staff at the place were moderately helpful nothing super notable for customer care. Basically there is lots of accommodation options in Kona and I would not hurry back to this place or recommend it to any of my friends as a must stay place. If you are desperate this place will do but for less than a hundred dollars more a night there are plenty of better options where you'll find value for your dollar. Also I called the vicasa customer service line to ask about an issue with the room upon our arrival, and he was not very helpful over the phone. Also no simple amenities like coffee or tea. Real basic. Aloha!🤙

I enjoyed my stay. Everything in the unit was up to date and very clean and modern. It was nice to have the air conditioner and a ceiling fan both in the living room and in the kitchen area. I like the way the bathroom has separate switch for the vents so that I could keep the light on in the bathroom without it being connected to the vent.
