Lounge on the sun-kissed deck while sipping your favorite tropical drink. Charcoal BBQ grill and tons of seating/dining options.

Located just 2 miles from excellent Pickleball courts, this home also provides paddles and a ball for guest use.

House setup: You will have access to the entire top level and main part of the home, pool and backyard, deck and lanai--all to yourself. There's a fully separate ohana one bedroom apartment below that houses a family member that is available to help should you need anything at all; otherwise you will not hear from us and will have full privacy. There are NO shared spaces. None of the spaces are shared and there's plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street right in front. Should you need additional space to rent, you may inquire about it.

Bedrooms: Three spacious bedrooms designed for comfort and tranquility. Drift off to sleep with the gentle ocean breeze, comfy beds and plush bedding and pillows, and wake up rejuvenated for a day of island adventures. Note: we have fans in all the bedrooms and with the windows open, there's a lovely breeze that helps you fall right to sleep. We have portable units in each bedroom if needed on a warm day; we do not have central AC. The primary bedroom has two large closets, ensuite bathroom and a desk/vanity for those needing to get a little work done or have another place to get ready. Iron and ironing board are provided.

Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms featuring all the amenities you need for a refreshing stay including a deep soaking tub, both have Bluetooth speakers.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whip up delicious meals in the fully stocked and equipped kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art appliances, custom cabinets, white quartz countertops, live edge wood shelves and ample space for cooking and dining. This is not your usual, basic vacation rental set up--we designed and fully stocked this kitchen for our guests that love to cook as much as we do!

Outdoor Living: Unwind in the outdoor living space, perfect for al fresco dining or simply lounging while enjoying the ocean vistas and tropical ambiance amongst tropical fruit trees and foliage. There are so many places to read, lounge, sunbathe, soak all the island vibes. We'd like to point out that our private pool is not fenced so pay extra close attention to your younger family members!

Please note, while we have a regular extermination service for bugs we don't want, our home is in a tropical climate and you are lulled to sleep by the relaxing sound of coqui frogs and you will see beautiful green geckos scampering on the deck, lanai and around the windows--it's lovely and they won't hurt you at all. In fact, they seem to be very curious little guys, and will often sit and watch you from a distance and run and hide if they know you've spotted them!

Local Attractions: Explore the beauty of Kona! From stunning beaches to vibrant local culture and outdoor activities like snorkeling, surfing, visiting the active volcano and hiking--there's something for everyone! Close to shopping centers, restaurants, groceries and entertainment options, making it easy to explore the local flavors and enjoy the vibrant Hawaiian lifestyle. We love taking a share drive down to Capital Cook for more restaurants, shops and beaches.

Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV's in each room with lots of streaming options, access to washer/dryer, linens, towels and tons of beach equipment provided and more to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.

Live like a local in the mature neighborhood with great neighbors, huge monkey pods trees and access to a walking trail. You will see the many friendly neighbors on their daily walk including the four-legged ones that live nearby in the neighborhood as well.
