- Hale Naniloa is nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac 2 blocks above the ocean. This charming remodeled Hawaiiana home is located in the established White Sands neighborhood of Kailua-Kona. Featuring your own private, salt water pool which is surrounded with lots of lounging options and mature landscaping.
When you can pull yourself away from the pool area and you go inside the house you will find a wonderful open floor plan for entertaining and lounging.
The great room includes 2 sofas (one a queen sized sleeper sofa) and chairs, cable TV and WI-FI. Dining area for those times you do not want to dine out on the lanai. Open kitchen area with everything you will need for the chef or a quick snack.
Master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom... The bedroom has a wonderful chaise for reading or watching TV, step out onto the darling lanai. Romantic table and chair area set off of the master to enjoy a cup of Kona coffee or your favorite beverage.
Your second or guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV and you are close to the second full bath to give an en-suite feel.
There is a washer and dryer (full size) in the garage, even in paradise laundry happens.
Three quarters of a mile to White Sands beach also known as Magic Sands and Kahalu'u Beach Park.
