- Beautiful Lanikai studio with stunning ocean view offers the perfect getaway for a single or couple. Ideal for Military personnel transferring to or from O'ahu who need a month or several months rental. Just a ten minute walk to either Lanikai or Kailua Beach, both consistently ranked as two of the world's top beaches. Enjoy artistic furnishings, and artwork by owner/artist. Relax on either the large shared lanai or your own private deck overlooking the Pacific and Mokulua Islands. Sunrises are many times absolutely spectacular with West Maui Mountain and Molokai in the distance, as well as the moon rises over the Mokuluas, lighting up the ocean. In winter months, the migrating humpback whales can be seen beyond the reef.
Rates include 14.962% taxes; (GET/TAT: 080-695-9616-01). Owner lives on property upstairs and studio has its own private entrance and parking stall. As of 10/23/22 rentals under C&Co of Honolulu must be 90 days or more. Contact owner for more information.
