Everything was fine , the only problem we had was the pull out couch mattress was extremely flat, and there was no extra pillows

I like the location and the unit is spacious. It has stuff that we were able to use in our everyday needs. We were able to cook our own meals and not have to eat out all the time. The drawers are broken and the sliding walls are off its rails. I wish they fixed those before we rented the place. Minor inconvenience. Other than that, its nice.

まず、営業時間に電話かけても全く電話に出てくれませんでした。チェックインの時間は理解してましたし、実際それより早く到着してるのはこちらなんですが予定より早く入れるかどうかの確認をしたく連絡入れているのに全く出ず、子供連れだったので荷物をも って移動が難しくロビーで2時間近く電話が繋がるまで待ちました。 予約していたお部屋は綺麗で写真で見た通りだったのですが、シャワーを浴びようとしたら電流がながれ出て手から腕まで電流がはしり叫ぶ程の痛みでした。ベビーも含め子供3人の安全性を第一にシャワーを諦め夜の時間帯だったので電話対応も時間外、事情をメールで入れて次の日の朝まで待ちました。 朝から電話して対応を仰ぎましたが、電話の対応も悪い、とりあえず男性の方がきてシャワーの事実を確認してもらい、始めは全く電流など感じないと言われ、何度か試してもらうと電流を感じると事実確認。技術者に確認して今日のいつかになおしてもらえると思うと言われたが、それでは予定してるツアーや動きが取れないから急いで欲しいといいました。動きがスローすぎて、そもそも小さな子供達がいて、シャワーに電流走る有り得ない状況の中で謝罪はない、動きは遅い、対応も悪くて本当に困りました。ハワイ旅行は毎年行っていて、コロナ禍で三年振りに来ましたがこんな酷い対応を体験したのは初めてでした。 最後にやっと日本語対応の方が対応して下さり、部屋を変更してもらえましたが、その部屋は予約してた部屋よりベッドが足らず、シャワーは汚く、お湯をかけるとシャワーのノズル部分の汚れが落ちてきて、壊れてる部分もあり、正直ショックでしかないです。でも最低限、掃除してシャワーを浴びることができたし、6人でベッド2つでどうにか寝ました。対応が悪すぎるのでその事すら連絡する気になれずそのまま過ごしました。 本当に対応が酷い件、がっかりしましたし、なにより電流の件早急に対応するべきと思います。
