"The entire staff from concierge to room service were exceptionally friendly. The property itself was very well kept and felt new. With that being said, it lacks things to do bits either the pool or a restaurant apart from the two hours of nightly entertainment. There’s a lot of missed opportunity. There should be more things to do for adults. Maybe a rec room or daily activities at a designated pool and MUSIC. They don’t play enough music. It was relaxing but quite boring. "

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with the shower not draining properly, but maintenance came quickly and resolved it. The drink selections were good, though top‑shelf liquor comes with an extra charge.The entertainment staff was amazing — very friendly and culturally diverse, which made the experience even better.Ordering food was a bit challenging at times because some of the waiters and waitresses didn’t understand English well, which led to mix‑ups with our orders.The pool and jacuzzi closed at 6 pm, which felt early, and you definitely have to get out there early in the day if you want a good spot.Overall, a decent stay with a few areas that could be improved."

The only thing we found a little less than our expectations was that some evening entertainment had additional charges and the buffet was largely the same each day, although the food was really good. "Jose was a great host, attentive and prompt with responses. This location is a great launchpad for exploration. We rented a car which is optimal at this location. It is right about in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Trip to El Meco, Coba, Muyil and the Cenote puerta maya. The property has two community pools and a private plungpool. The furniture was comfortable including the bed which is a rare find. Fully stocked with utensils pans and plates stove top and an oven with a full size refrigerator. The only issue was some recent water damage to the cabinets that they are working on getting quotes to fix. "

"The host was very responsive, welcoming and professional. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. A few small things, the weather stripping on the front door is peeled back leaving an open gap that bugs can get in. The battery powered soap dispensers in the bathroom and kitchen are finicky and one of them was dead completely so we couldn’t use it. Other than the those very small things, the experience was once in a lifetime, the host is great, the price is affordable and the Tulum country club itself is safe and beautiful. 5/5 definitely recommend and hope to visit again someday.
