"Julie and Gary were absolutely lovely and super helpful. They helped heat up milk for our little one and were friendly the hole time. I would say I think personally found the mattresses slightly uncomfortable, may be a preference. The only true negative, so the reason it was not 5 stars for us was the shower was weak, so couldn't just stand underneath it, had to hold it over the body part to clean. Aside that, amazing place, lovely people! Thank you both."

Air conditioning would have been very welcome!"

"Room clean, staff excellent, breakfast amazing bar service terrific. Now the interesting bit. We arrived at about 3pm , and outside they had live music , personally I’ve never heard anything like it before, it was an afternoon moshing session, not the end of the world, we just went for a 3hr walk along the prom which was great. Apparently these sessions finish at 7pm ! This was great as we had travelled to be at a 60th birthday, there was about 25 of us spending well along with other residents and customers, we were then very surprised when they rang last orders at 10.30 on a Saturday night 😳😳 and were advised if we wanted to have another drink to go down the hill. This killed the party and broke up early, those of us that did move on probably spent an additional £200-250 in another bar until 1pm . I would understand if there were 2peeps at the bar sipping a 1/2 lager but in these time you have to stay open and catch the cash !! But don’t let that put you off food and staff service were great 👌"
