"My family & I stayed here for a weekend on vacation. The pictures do NOT fully represent what this place actually looks like. The main lobby was decent looking that’s about it. The room numbers are not in order. Our room was on the back side where all types of strange ppl were. Lots of ppl actually living there unfortunately. The room isn’t like an open suite room it’s just 2 rooms connected with an overly used couch in the second room that has just a sink microwave & refrigerator. We put stuff against the doors because it didn’t feel like it was secure. A woman had 2 pits barking every so often next door. Upstairs there was loud disturbing noses at 12/1 am. (Maintenance dis get them to stop though). There was a roach in my suitcase when we came back from being out. A spider above one of the beds. The lights were either dim or completely blowed except the mirror light over the sink. Glad my family & I had somewhere to stay but we won’t be returning."

"Upon arrival, the grounds were full of broken glass and trash. Uppn check in the front desk attendant got visibily annoyed that i didnt have a "card" for my service dog and she refused to allow me to stay on an upper floor due to my "pets must go on first floor". First room assigned the door was terribly hard to open and couldn't be shut so I requested a different room due to my physical limitations and staying for 3 nights. The breakfast room was extremely small and limited in offerings. The food was poorly monitored from my inspection during my first (and only) breakfast there. I chose to go out for breakfast the next 2 mornings since the offerings were the same. Room was poorly maintained and had many bandaid fixes such as the vent fan in the bathroom. A/C worked great and the lighting was phenomenal compared to most other hotels. Still would only recommend in a crunch."

"The staff at check in were very rude about the pet friendly room we requested. We had called prior to arriving and the manager/ worker told us that we could just let them know when we arrive about the pet situation. Once we arrived, the manager on that evening (Thursday) was tossing materials behind the desk, and shouting that he doesn’t know what he’s going to do about the room. He proceeded to give us a queen suite instead the the king we requested. There were claw marks on the door prior to us getting into the room with our pet. The breakfast was barely edible, and not much there offered to eat even at opening of the buffet. Our room was older and parts of the ceiling were coming off in the bathroom. The toilet had a very hard time flushing anything down. We will not be returning to this specific hotel due to our experience here."

"As a choice member, I was really excited for my stay at this particular location. I’d stay there before the remodel back in 23. Everything was great the pool a little lounge area outside and the breakfast was good. Only problem. I have I killed about five what looked like Beatles in the room throughout the evening kind of freaked me out. I took all my bags and personal belongings to my car and had to lug my toiletries and clothing up even to take a shower. I was scared to bring them home but other than that, it was a good stay thanks for reading."
