"Loved our stay at Arlo Williamsburg! The location is perfect — right in the heart of trendy Brooklyn. The staff were exceptional and super responsive; we could text them directly for room cleaning, late checkout, and even to hold our bags. Very friendly and helpful all around. The lounge area was great for coffee, drinks, or getting a bit of work done. Rooms are on the smaller side, but the bed was comfy, the shower had good pressure, and the view was fantastic. There’s a small desk in the room, though the stool isn’t ideal for long work sessions — the lounge was a better option for that. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay again."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff was super helpful, the rooftop bar was stunning, the early breakfast was amazing. We will stay here again, no need to go anywhere else "
