The place was clean but found the bathroom very small. No lift or bag carrier to help with bags up the 2 flights of stairs and no phone in the room to call reception. Breakfast is also over priced. Liked the vending machine at the entrance but it wouldnt take new money notes.

We do not have telephones in the rooms, but we do supply a QR code stand in rooms to scan and request services. There is also a toll free number displayed to contact Reception. I regret that you found the breakfast to be overpriced. I will address the issue with the vending machine notes, thanks for bringing this to our attention. Nothing was bad but the room was too small and in my bookings there were no specifics about the size and all..we did even have drinking water in the room

Our stay was very comfortable, Check in was excellent thanks to Nosipho's warm welcome and friendly gesture she demonstrates while performing her duty... The room was neat and clean.. It would not be too bad to add sugar, making coffee for 2 people becomes challenging as there's only 2 sachets of sugar and 2 candarel.

The hotel location is very convenient to walk from Carnival city. The hotel is okay, friendly staff. The room is not spacious (small). Breakfast was finished before we could self servuce. Overall the stay was convenient not great.

African Wonderer
Short but staff was great. The service was good and the room was on point. The price was great value for money and the location was 7 Km to my destination. I also had a special request which was acceded to. The was a microwave which came very handy to my needs. There was an ice maker as well. The shower had hot water and there was a plan for loadshedding. Disappointing was the vending machine which refused to take money.
