"Great hotel, conference Center. Clean, nice design. The only disadvantage is the location. It is on a very busy highway road. Although inside the hotel it was quiet "
"Staff was courteous, rooms were clean.
Got a little lost on the way in due to the construction. The hotel itself is nice and well maintained- and I can tell it will be even better after the renovations. "
"It’s a new hotel, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly. The only problem is that the breakfast choices were lack, no hot food. "
"The hotel is terrible…
Our beds had women’s hair all over them when we checked in, but the staff was really nice and quickly changed everything when we told them — they were genuinely apologetic.
That said, the bedsheets and pillow covers have definitely seen better days and are long overdue for retirement, though it seems management hasn’t realized that yet.
The hair dryer only made noise but didn’t blow any air, and in the morning the flush stopped working. To top it off, the water pressure dropped completely while my partner still had shampoo in their hair — what a nightmare!
The only good thing I can say is that they offered a free electric vehicle charging point, which was helpful.
The staff themselves were lovely — honestly, they’re the ones holding the place together.
But overall, it’s definitely not worth $200 a night. I’d appreciate a refund"
