The hotel actually exceeded my expectation. Clean and updated. Appliances in the room included fridge and microwave which you don’t readily have in 4-5 stars hotels these days. I gave 4 stars in cleanliness because the cleaners should be supervised as there were traces of hair not cleaned out. Other than that I got more for the price. Will definitely stay there again.

7th floor with king size bed, really nice and clean room, everything lookes like newly renovated with updated elegant showers and modernized light fixtures from mirrors to sink, only thing is we can hear people from hallways, doesnt seems like sound proof as what they says on their descriptions, but other than that it was a nice overnight stay.

Good place to stay near, though not right at, the airport. Shuttle available. Worked for me and was good value. Hotel looked mostly in good shape, the room was a good size, clean, comfy beds. I didn’t use any facilities so I can’t comment on them. No complaints from me.

The staff was super nice and the waterslide made our stay so fun! It was no less than 75 in the room so that was horrible. I’m not sure what’s wrong with the system but even changing rooms didn’t make the temperature go down. The staff were so nice and got us a fan, but because it was so hot I don’t think I would stay again. I hate that because the slide is awesome!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days expecting a proper 4-star experience, but I was very disappointed. On the first day, I didn’t know we had to request housekeeping. On the second day, I made the request and no one came. On the third day, they finally came, but they only made the bed the room, sink, and washroom were not cleaned at all, and there was even hair left in the sink. We only received new towels after two days. During checkout, I asked for help with my luggage from my room to the lobby, and they said no one was available. I also asked for basic items like water, glasses, and even slippers (which most 4-star hotels in Canada and the world usually provide), and I was told they didn’t have any. Honestly, I didn’t see any difference between this “4-star hotel” and a motel in Montreal There was no proper room service during my stay, but I want to mention that the staff were very polite, and the room itself was nice. I genuinely hope the hotel improves its hospitality and services, because with a few changes, the experience could be much better.
