We spent a few days with two kids - very good location and quality, so anyone would understand what they are paying for. We checked a few other "luxury" hotels nearby while exploring around and, to our great surprise, we came to a conclusion that this one is most likely the best among them.

Since management was about to sell the property and cancelled people’s reservations at the last minute, it was a very depressing place to stay. Services were cut as a consequence and staff could have cared less about the guests.I was relieved when checkout time came.

Very enjoyable stay. My room was small, but that's expected outside the US, and I was traveling alone anyway. Room is good but small,bathroom needs resealing and minor repairs. Reception staff helpful very polite& considerate. Room cleaning staff didnt bother some days!

The facility needs a major renovation to be comfortable. Cleanness needs to be improved. Breakfast is o.k. Owner is not much responsible.

Breakfast was delicious in their beautiful front room. Tea and sweets and soup available in the lobby at night. Great location easily walkable to Old city, Ben Yehuda and the light rail. Nice staff especially Elie made it a super experience

It is a nice hotel for sure worth the money. It is not 5 stars but the breakfast is very close to 5 stars and the staff was 6 stars! Has very nice pool , it is the midst of green and if you take a garden room you have a small private garden
