"Excellent place. The room was remodeled, everything was new. It had coffee, clean/new towels, and the hotel is in an excellent location. Free parking and very friendly service at the lobby. The only thing I didn’t like was something they explained was not the hotel’s fault but an Expedia issue, which is where I made the reservation. There was a $200 deposit required at check-in, and I was not aware of it. This was not mentioned in the Expedia description. I only found out two days before arrival when the hotel sent me additional check-in information. The money was refunded to my account without any problem a few days after check-out, but this is something Expedia should clearly explain from the beginning."

"The room was spotless. Large and comfortable bed. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The Parking is large and goes around the property so you could park in a spot where you can see your car for ease of mind. Breakfast was really good. Their coffee is also good. Uptown Sedona is a 12-15 mins drive. All the hikes are a short drive as well. There have fresh drinking water in the lobby to refill your bottles. There was no microwave in the room but there was one in the hall by the elevator. "
