"Location was great - walking distance to everything and quiet neighborhood - beds were very comfortable- only complaint is that TV would cut out often from weak or no signal-but but highly recommend "
"Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!"
"Perfect location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Walking distance from Broadway shows, Times Square and many great restaurants. In the middle of all the actions of the Big Apple. We stayed 6 nigths and will stay again!"
"The room was like a stylish apartment, had two bottles of water in the fridge, sofa bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. Housekeeping was friendly too. Someone was always there to open the entry door for you. Would have loved to have a few snacks and drinks in the room (would have been happy to pay!)"
