"The water pressure was so bad that my shower didn't work until the evening. The wireless connection was poor. The staff member who helped me at checkin (after a long busride when all I wanted was to relax and have a shower) was rude, and I had to convince then that I had a paid reservation, even though I was showing them on my phone! "Absolutely loved my stay at Urbano. I was here for two weeks and it was a very comfortable stay. The staff are friendly, the food is good, the ameneties are great, the hotel is clean. The only thing I would note is that it is on the Oxford street which can be busy and noisy but overall its a great location and I had a great experience. I will definitly be booking here again."
