Did not feel safe the front door lock was falling off, small things like towel holders broken or missing completely. They asked for a 50 cash breakage fee but would not take a list of items that were broken like the shower door or the screens. Also they did not provide daily cleaning services and no clean linens. Then they tried to keep the deposit but the owner was able to intervene and...
"The room was clean and spacious, with a good queen size bed. I asked for a quiet room, and the hotel made sure my request was fullfilled.
Our KLM flight was at 10.15pm, and we wanted late check out at 6pm. Usually hotels in Ghana would charge a full night for such late check out, but the hotel gave us a very good offer. We are going to stay at this hotel next time we are in Accra. "
