"Overall, the check-in process was cumbersome, given that we had to go into the lobby, take an elevator down to the garage, go to another building, then up to the unit we booked. The check-in attendant was not forthcoming about their knowledge of the presence of cockroaches at Chateau Towers. There wasn't an iron readily available in the unit and we were in a hurry to make it to an evening obligation-- this caused a delay. This was a very inconvenient experience."

The restaurant was overly priced with a salmon dish costing a whopping $56.00 which in my opinion is ridiculous. Better off going off site and having an equally satisfying meal for half of the price"
