Great stay, great location, great amenities and VERY GREAT STAFFS. Everyone was very helpful, from the door to the room. Very good service. All staff that i Interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Always wanting to ensure that i was good. The Frint Desk worker, was the icing on the cake. She was amazing and ensured that my staff was worthwhile. I will definitely be coming back.

Excellent stay at Number One Oxford Hotel & Suites. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff were professional and welcoming throughout my stay. Great location, strong security, and a calm atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax while in Accra. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at No. 1 Oxford Street. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, it is decorated luxuriously and exceeded expectation. Our suite was excellent, loved everything about it. It was great to be able to relax on the balcony as well as having an excellent street view, also loved that we could hear music playing - thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were friendly, polite and provided an excellent service. I requested for our suite to be decorated with ballons for my husband's 60th birthday - Jessica did a fabulous job, so so lovely - it cost but was worth it! The 90 mins massage that we had was devine. We would definately stay here again if we're in Accra. Thank you to all the staff - sending special shout outs to Bismark, Clara, Daniel, Francisca, Jessica, Melanie, Michael, Perpetual, Sarah and the Security guys💯

1. Front Desk Staff is arrogant or grumpy! 2. Please do not book breakfast with them. They have absolutely nothing except some sausages and few breads! There is one indian chef who was kind enough to ask if he can help with something. Atleast he tried. 3. Rooms are way too shiny (not a type I prefer for official visit) 4. No place to sit and work on laptop (a very basics needed with a plug point) overall, would not recommend.

The microwave in my room was non-functional. Additionally, the staff displayed a lack of attentiveness, appearing primarily focused on charging $50 for any guests visiting my room. There were several issues during my stay, including power outages and water supply disruptions. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit in the master bedroom was not operational. The staff entered my room multiple times without permission, opening the door without prior notification. Overalll .beautiful property but the stuff needs a lot of training on customer service.

The hotel has excellent service. My butler was amazing. They accommodated all my requests. They have an Indian chef - Satya. Who arrange Aloo paratha for us for breakfast. I wish the spa lady would be more accommodative in terms of timing

The cleaning staff were excellent. A special mention for our housekeeper, Abigail. The pool area was relaxing. The restaurant lunch and dinner were excellent. If I am in Accra again, I would definitely stay there again.

I had a nice time , very clean and beautiful hotel . Although I think some things should be complementary like water in the room and the drinks in the fridge , I was charged 450 Ghana cedis for that. I also think lunch should also be complementary as well but overall I had a wonderful time .

Beautiful location...not far from the popular Frankie's restaurant. Clean and fully furnished rooms with sitting area, dining area and full kitchen. Friendly staff too. Only drawbacks were the bed was too close to the wall and the noise from the road which was a disturbance, particularly at night.
