"Friendly Bicycling Town of FruitaWe love coming to Fruita for bicycling. Mulberry House allows easy access to the many bicycling options. Also, the bike shed allowed a safe place to store our bikes. Lastly, I was impressed by how beautiful the peach tree looksVery Grateful,Chuck & Jamie"

"Everything was clean and well-appointed. The backyard was amazing. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in and out was smooth. The location was super convenient. It was walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and bike shops. I would definitely stay here again."

"My one and only complaint would be the mattress in the bedroom is pretty uncomfortable. Everything else has been a 10 out of a 10. I would give the mattress maybe a five or six. I don't know how old it is or anything about it but I didn't sleep well on it"

"What a fun location. We were only able to stay one day, but really enjoyed our stay in Fruita. The location is on a quiet street, but still walkable to downtown. We loved being able to walk our dogs to dinner that night. The kids LOVED the "secret" den (it's behind a door that they didn't know about). The also loved the game room in the backyard and we appreciate the A/C unit on the 100 degree day. We would absolutely recommend and would stay here again if we were in Fruita."
