This is a solid Super 8, especially for the price. The rooms are a good size and there are restaurants and gas super close. The only thing of note is that the air conditioner isn’t super strong and possibly because the room is larger it doesn’t get very cold. I feel all super 8s have bad ACs, it’s just unfortunate when it’s getting really hot out and the room just stays at around 67 degrees.

This Super 8 does what it needs to, and no more. My room had 2 Queen beds, bathroom, microwave, refrigerator and TV with cable channels. The parking is easy and the free breakfast adequate. The guys at the front desk were helpful (one fixed my TV because someone had disconnected it and I didn't want to troubleshoot it). I was asked if my room had been okay, which I appreciated. In fact, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired - sticky handprints were on a mirror, appliances, and even the phone, and the sink drained very slowly.

Got in late. Left early. Not much of a breakfast. I grabbed a small cup of coffee and got on the road. Desk clerk at intake didn't make me feel welcomed. Still, the room was clean, bed comfortable, and nice and quiet!

This is our go to place when we stay in Fruita. Staff is super friendly, rooms are clean and well kept. Our only complaint this trip was not anything related to the hotel or staff- the people in the room next to us were super loud at 3am; yelling/banging, and running a bathroom fan.
