"The room was fine but we had heat on but no AC, but Edwardo gave us two fans which helped…wish we had AC. Staff was very good. I got little lost finding hotel but they sent me map to show me where to go..it was very helpful. "

"Room was horrendously in need of maintenance and had a very small shower just large enough to stand in. The floor planks were loose and you could hear the outside visitors through the windows all night. Expedia called them to ask about me switching accomodations after I tried and they became extremely rude. Checked out immediately. In process to see if they provide a refund for checking out early. Best thing about this place is the location. Stay a night then check out "

"The location is a big advantage—everything was easy to reach, which made exploring Rome very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of choices to start the day. The hotel has a classic, old-world charm, but overall it feels a bit tired. The corridor carpets, for example, gave off a slightly dirty feel. I understand preserving the style, but refreshing or deep-cleaning certain areas would make it feel much cleaner without losing its character. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, mainly because of the location and breakfast, but some updates would really improve the experience."

"Clean room and friendly staff. We went in April so it was not too hot but there was air conditioning available. Location is perfect, being walking distance to both must see attractions as well as the metro station. We went early in the morning, picking up breakfast along the way, and avoid the crowds at Trevi Fountain. On checkout day we only had to walk maybe 5 min to the metro station nearby and we were on our way. Highly recommended!"
