The best thing about this hotel is their reception. Staff at the reception is very attentive, always trying to do his best. Breakfast is good for the price, room is comfortable but i would like to thank especially to their reception staff, toom service could be better

Receptionists and other employees were so kind and helpful, rooms were clean, breakfast buffet was really good and delicious, gym was clean and they have lots of equipment, they also have free underground parking. Affordable prices and great services in the very good location.

The room size was ok but it had very old and neglected furniture. The laminate flooring was raised from some areas as if it had been damaged by water. Also the bed surround had a large mstain on it.. There was a bar on the ground floor which had very loud music and this could be heard from our fifth floor room. The garden was nice, staff were good

Everything else was great apart from breakfast which is not even cmose to 5 stars. They didnt even have any dish made of egg. Need to improve a lot. And washroom accessories are very old. Rest all is good

Disappointing stay at Green Park Hotel. There was loud music from the bar downstairs around midnight, making it hard to sleep. The room had several issues (bathroom, lighting, and window), and the staff were not cooperative. I would not recommend staying here.

I did not feel that I am in the five stars hotel

First of all the hotel needs some renovation. Second of all spa is out of services, jacozi is spoiled and you have to pay 50 tl it seems for hair cap before entering the swimming pool in spite of being free. I requested attached rooms since we are family they gave two rooms of single beds, Breakfast buffet was very good
